We were looking for a place with kitchen. And this apartment was the only option for us without a rental car. It’s walkable distance from the main station (with kids) and very close to the sight seeing spots.

The neighborhood was not good. I didn’t know that the back street is a well known red-light district. From the main station, we carried big trunks with us and meanwhile a suspicious black man followed us two times. We were a kind of big family of six people but still frightened. And when we arrived the flat, in the kettle there was a left-over tea bag. And black dust lint was all round the pillows. Overall the apartment was nice and facility looks not old but cleaning has some problems.

Totally recommended, it is in a very central position, 15 minutes by walk from lots of attractions. It is full of restaurants, markets, and bakeries. The apartment was really clean and with all the appliances that have been listed. It was really warm and quiet. I loved the shower, it was perfectly working and spacious. Check in information was provided in advance, all clear.

During the night there are some streets around the area that do not look safe, I would avoid passing there at night.

Took me a couple of days to get used to the noise at night. I guess there must have been a water leak at some stage cause the floor sagged in front of the kitchen. I could still use everything ok. Couldn’t watch the TV. Remote worked only on one TV. I was unable to change the stations at all, and to turn the TV off I had to pull the plug out.

Best parts of the property: 1) Location is right in the center of Frankfurt and close to all kinds of public transport option. 2) The entire human-less check-in process is very well structured and simplified by the host and Brera. 3) The crockeries, oven, hair drier and small pantry is really great for longer stays . 4) Perfect accommodation location for Messe Frankfurt visitors.

Cons: 1) The rooms are slightly compact and the Double Bed could be tight for 2 companions of medium/large size. 2)No staff hence no room cleaning during your stay, so you need to keep the apartment tidy yourself. 3) Internet is slightly mushy but works most of the time. 4) The rooms pricing is similar to that of near by 4 star hotels, would be great if it can be reduced slightly.

Great location, almost 10 minutes from the city center by walk. Really liked the self check in process and our room was ready 3 hours before the check in time which was very helpful, especially when you have your luggage with you. For sure it is a value for money apartment and you can find everything you want in the close area.

I think the bed should be bigger for two people, or have two single beds. A strange smell through the stairs (but for sure not annoying in the apartment)

Location was fabulous . The lights by the bed were very useful. The staff were especially helpful. There is a laundry room and an iron in the basement.

More light in the area over the range and sink. For foreigners unfamiliar with induction range operation, a short description would have been helpful, especially to explain that the glass cover sitting on the stove-top, range , must first be removed.

Clean, central, convenient

There was no person to talk to for help regarding replacement towels, soap etc. I accidently found the cleaning lady cleaning an empty room and got a soap from her. Also checked out a day earlier. Had no idea how to do it. Because there was no one to ask.

Very modern apartment & bathroom with no view to speak of. The kitchenette, although very small was well equipped with quality appliances. Need some instructions in english for the cooktop. Only around 1km to the main train station.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. The personnel was helpful.

Even if it is located close to the old center and the office buildings, the apartment is in an area that does not inspire you to do nighty walks.
