Good location. Many eateries nearby. Excellent water Pressure for. showering. Tiled flooring. Water dispenser in the room. Free parking available, right in front of hotel. One of the staff, Mr Andy was very helpful. I requested for an ironing board to be sent to my room. It was faulty and he changed another one for me and helped set it up for me. Thank you, Mr Andy!

Not enough power Points for a triple room. Only 2 power points to be shared by 3 people! An inconvenience.

Strategic locations, very near to 7E & self service laundry..Cozy & spacious room with large TV & Toilet.. Everything we need available e.g. lift, refrigerator, hair dryer etc. Also super clean & well maintained..we are satisfied & keep it up 👍

Probably the air ventilation of the hotel. I am quite sensitive to smoke and I can smell the smoke even inside my room, but just affect me, my husband is totally fine and didn't smell any smoke.

About 10 to 15mins drive to eateries, kopitiam, pasar, fisherman jetty & Pantai Teluk Mak Nik. If want to see turtle laying eggs, can ask this hotel to arrange. Laying peak season is from May to July. Malays are dining in this halal eateries, Hai Peng kopitiam & Tong Juan restaurant. Can try kopi, nasi dagang, roti bakar & stuffed crab.

We stayed in ground floor. There are ants on the floor. Maybe can put some ants powder to get rid of this problem.

There's a couple of chinese families that are loud even in the middle of the night. and the fridge is not clean and smelly.

It looks better inside than outside. I was a little apprehensive from the way it looked in the pictures outside. But the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well and the water pressure was especially satisfying. There is the elevator service, but I did not test that since I was staying on the ground floor.

The decor in the room. It wasn't offensive, but it could have been better. There's nothing really wrong with this hotel, not especially but there are still room for improvement.

everytime i called before my stay, no answer from the number stated in this apps.. the door will closed after 12 am, no grab available in the morning,

not many hotel in cukai, this is one of the best we can choose. average ok.

Really love the room system and the shower ❤️ the location is quite strategic, very accessible and near to 7-eleven. the TV have lots of channel with good transmission too. Overall I enjoyed my stay ❤️
