Our corner room upstairs in the lodge had lots of windows with great views . The gas fireplace added ambiance and a complimentary bottle of champagne was provided! A breakfast basket in the room ‘s refrigerator had a nice assortment. ( could use a bit of butter for the pastries) Great coffee maker. We had a delicious dinner in the lodge with friendly and excellent service. In the morning we had a nice ski around the extended grounds on well groomed trails.

One cupboard door in the bathroom needed repair.- off its hinges. No bath mat.

We dined in house both night's. The menu was interesting and the food was outstanding. Excellent stay! Friendly staff , the view, the warm and welcoming hospitality and we loved the breakfast basket in our room.

Our room had a musty, stale sort of scent to it. I realize this happen's with the amount of guest's coming and going. I would however invest in an automatic scent spray of sorts. An inviting fragrance evokes something in all of us that instinctively makes you want to stay and enjoy what is to come. On the flip side a bad odor takes your mind off of how lovely the room is, and on to looking for something in the room that is causing the smell. It's a distraction!

From the bed to the endless amenities the room has to offer. The view of the land. Watching wild dear and turkey when you wake up and in the evenings. The staff treats you like family. The location is in Bozeman yet you’re secluded where you feel you’re in the middle of no where.

Beautiful setting especially if traveling with a pet. Restaurant had delicious food with great happy hour and excellent staff! Max, who greeted us, was very helpful and gave good recommendations for food options when restaurant was closed. Looking forward to next visit!

Absolutely beautiful lodge and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the beginning of the week, so it was a very quiet stay.

For the price you pay the breakfast could have been a warm continental breakfast, but everything else was fabulous.

Food choices for in breakfast items were excellent. We enjoyed them each day during our stay.

Our schedule each day kept us from enjoying evening dinner at the lodge. We hope to do that the next time we stay there.

We loved sitting outside the room watching the deer at sunset. Our room was comfortable and clean. We did have to change rooms after finding the one we booked did not include air conditioning. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with our request.

We were really disappointed when we arrived to find the restaurant would not be open during our stay (Sunday evening dinner and Monday morning breakfast). But nearby options were available in town. The front desk offered great suggesetions.

Was disappointed that we could not get a hot breakfast. They prepared a very nice "Breakfast Basket" but this was not what I wanted as much as a hot breakfast. The outside view and peacefulness of the facility was incredible. If you want to get away wtih few other guests, this is the spot.

There was an air conditioner that took up a significant space of the room. View was less than what was expected.

Max and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend the Gallatine River Lodge to my friends and family. I look forward to my next stay there in the near future.

The beautiful and peaceful location and the nice sized and furnished rooms.

Refrigerator breakfast and stomping around of guests in room above us. Get a second floor room to be the stomper rather than the stompee.
