That the parking is a hassle! park in p1 or p2 then go to the hotel pay for the parking p1 or p2 take your car out before 40 minutes then get back inside with the new payed for card! and if you have luggage pay and bring your car inside take the luggage within 30 minutes but there is car restrictions in the city between 10:30 am till 3:00pm and if you want to checkout go through the same procedure!

The location and view was amazing and breakfast had a great selection.

The hot water kettle in the room had some brown liquids in it ( perhaps tea from the last guests). Bathtub had some stains, too.

Location of the hotel is ideal, right in the heart of the action, both day/ and night. The room was very large and clean, plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of hot and cold options. Even though a night club was near, room was completely quiet and had great heating.

Lift door wouldn't open for wheelchair and we were stuck onboard for about an hour, but staff acted quicly to try and free us. The whole town is not great for wheelchairs because of the cobblestone, but the day we arrived we had to park across town at a more distant carpark due to a festival in the close one, this led to a long walk on cobblestone to the hotel. In hindsight, a little more info on how to walk through the park and along the water could have avoided much of the cobblestone transit.

Our room seemed recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Once at the hotel, the location was excellent. The woman at reception tried her best to make up for the bad beginning of our stay in

The stay started badly. We parked in the nearest parking lot. P1. But the bridge was closed due to a film being made and we had to walk 3x as far (more than 1 km) carrying heavy luggage. This proved difficult for a couple in their 80's. Had the hotel advised, we could have repacked and carried only the essentials néeded to get through the evening. The breakfast was uninspiring.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The receptionist was so lovely—a true gem! She was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. One of the highlights was our room’s balcony—it offered breathtaking views of the castle and the river, making our mornings and evenings extra special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was very nice, lots of choice. Location was great, lots of eateries around to choose from. Situation in the Old town.

The one thing we did not like was the smokers outside our room which meant we could not leave our door open or sit outside to enjoy the view without breathing in their smoke. It would have been better if they had, had a designated area to smoke, it was the same at breakfast if you wanted to sit outside to enjoy the veiw you had smokers sitting around you puffing away. Very anti-social.

Checking in process quick. Staff/Customer service were great. I was able to organize some flowers on arrival for my wife’s birthday. They threw in a bottle of wine. The elevators were good. We had a double room and it was small but not tiny. No chairs or table. Bar Refrigerator with no mini bar. Big enough for @ 10 bottles of drink. A Kettle provided. No Microwave. Television has a few English Channels. Rest were local language. Air conditioning/heating was good. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were really soft. Wardrobe space was small. The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. Towels were soft and fresh WiFi was strong The room was beside the river and very quiet The breakfast was really good. Probably one of the best we’ve had Everything you needed.

Another couple of pillows of different firmness would be good. A small table or bench would have been handy. One night the bathroom exhaust ran all night, the next night it didn’t. Couldn’t work out how to operate it?

Excellent location and wonderful staff. This was a perfect base for a couple days in the area. And for those of you wondering about the parking: it sounds complicated, but was actually ok. The parking P1 is only a couple of minutes away, and returning to the car to change the parking onto the long term ticket was no hassle and meant that you could only take part of the bags with you the first time round. For me this meant taking the dog + dogbed, etc first and bringing my own luggage after the parking ticket switch.

Everything was just great. Location was the right on the river. Stunning view of the castle wall the from the balcony. Clean, comfortable room had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful front desk who accommodated our late arrival. Excellent breakfast had everything you could want. Very good rate included breakfast. Even the parking was not too far considering that no vehicles are allowed into the village.

Staff are helpful; location is good. Breakfast is excellent! Also we enjoyed the beautiful view from outside of the breakfast room.

Our room is comfortable except that since we were on the third (top floor), I hit my head a few times. I would probably prefer a room on the other floors. Besides, we couldn’t manage to get a taxi on arrival, it was a hassle to walk from the main bus station to the hotel with luggages given the rocky ground condition.
