I like that it was a new hotel. The breakfast was ok the staff was helping

The pillows on the bed were super soft and you would need 3 pillows to sleep comfortably. Me and my family were woken up at 1:00 am in the morning to load music from the neighbor beside us. We had to call the front twice and still the music until until 3 am in the morning. We didn't get any sleep. We complained to the front once we checked out and they gave us points.

Really nothing bad everything was great!..

The streaming services on the tv were very unpleasant. Kept cutting out then re-acquiring the signal good for a few seconds then cutting out again. Made for a very undesirable viewing experience.

Love how all the staff are. Great experience love the hotel. Would love to stay here again with my family. ❤️

How the pool was dirty and my son was going to get in. Had bugs in the water, my wife had to clean it up.

Clean, friendly staff, location, quiet

Hotel was sold out and 1 elevator for all guest. Had few issues with out room. Coffeemaker didn’t work, bedsheet was still stretched out, I had to check putting on. Pillows were actually horrible

Convenient location, quiet, comfortable room. Spacious, modern. Level two car charging, fee required but very convenient. Quiet and comfy.

I thought breakfast was…odd. Layout of the area was very spread out. Each hot food item was individually wrapped. I couldn’t tell what was what. The hot food warmer doors had to be held up while you took the food items out. Poor ergonomics.

Everything was very clean and quiet, comfortable and a very nice room.

My husband and I had a great day. An excellent place, highly recommended. The staff was excellent and the service was excellent.

This hotel was so clean and nice! The room was nicer than we expected it to be. The ataff was helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel was so quiet and the bed was so.comfortable that we were able to fall asleep quickly.

If I wasn't allergic to the plug in scents, this would have been fine. There was a plug in scent in our room which I had to unplug, bag up and put in the cupboard. The very nice smell continued to be in the room. It seemed to come in the vents from other rooms. Again, if I wasn't allergic, this would have been very nice.

The rooms were specious, equiped with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen area with dishes/utensils, and a nice sized TV. A full sized fridge and a dishwasher is also included in the room. The breakfast was better than expected and the customer service provided by the staff was exceptional.

The only downside was that you have to notify the front desk 24 hours in advance for housekeeping to come and clean the room. When traveling with kids, you never know when an accident may happen that may require a cleaning.

The staff know me now because I spend so much time here. They go above and beyond to accommodate me.
