The staff were friendly and the inside pool was a plus. The location is prime. You have everything right there in one area. Ni didn't have to go too far for anything I wanted.

The room was a little more compact than what I had expected. However, it was comfortable. It just could have used a little more space in the one bedroom, spacing was a little bit tight. And my key card didn't work to the side door so I had to go in and out of the front entrance when the side entrance was very close to my room. You could go out of the door but couldn't enter the door because the reader wasn't working properly.

Enjoyed our stay at the property very much! Spacious and comfortable! 2 separate bedrooms and living room with fireplace. Full kitchen that included dishwasher, medium sized fridge, and oven! Saved lots of money going out to eat. My kids and I really enjoyed their breakfast downstairs and their indoor pool!! Staff was great! Very friendly and welcoming.

My ONLY complaint was the carpeting in the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in. It is very dirty and unsanitary. Should be removed and replaced. Within 15 mins after bathing, all of our feet were BLACK. I had to rewash feet and carry my kids to bed. My toddler does alot of play on the floor and her knees of pants were dirty and I couldn't get stains out completely. I forgot to bring our slippers so we wore sandals indoors the entire time.

I loved the location, the ambiance and the hotel staff ! For a person/family who travels a lot, the hotel suite was PERFECT. The set up for two families was amazing and the price was the icing on top . The inside pool was a great touch !

The ONLY thing I can say was the chlorine smell was strong, but they fixed the issue by opening the doors which helped immediately.

The front desk team & Manager were always so helpful, special shoutout to Christian who handled all my changes with grace (these were due to work shift changes). Breakfast was great, generoud with plenty of healthy options. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. I will be sure to return. Thankyou Team Residence Inn Lancaster-Palmdale.

I really enjoyed the room size, the amenities such as kitchen and utensils. The bedrooms having there own bathrooms. The full size fridge. Overall very spacious and just enjoyable. Especially for my family.

The pool. I did not like how over flooded the pool was. When you would walk in there was just water all over the floor from either the hot tub or pool you honestly could not tell. The breakfast could have had a little more options but it was still delicious.

Great central location. Right where you want to be in Palmdale. Terry was the best! The hotel was good but Terry made it great!

Love the little smoking hangout area. If they can find a way to block the wind a little bit. It would be much better. But being in the high desert the wind is just a part of life so. Good luck lol

It was clean and quiet. I loved the inside pool. Family friendly.

My suite was a little smaller than I had expected but it was still a nice 1 bedroom suite. Oh I didn't have any dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes with in the room.

Property is amazing centrally located amongst every accommodation imaginable. Food , gas , shopping & needed goods are all within seconds. Rooms are the best I’ve experienced. Perfect in every way. Friendly staff. Had an amazing time and will definitely be back next time

I really liked the size of the room.

The light on the range hood (under the microwave) was on all night long. It was really bright and disturbing while trying to sleep. I couldn't turn it off and it frustrated me.

Almost everything was great.

The low lighting. Also, the outlets for our laptops were far away from the desk. The outlets near the desk were being used by the low light lamps.
