I loved the staff and location of the facility. The cook in particular. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast. My favorite was the sausage gravy. My husband's favorite was the bacon. Everyone was very pleasant.

We stayed in a King Suite. The air/heater unit was broken in the living room. Due to renovations, they had not been able to upgrade the unit yet. We were able to use the unit in the bedroom and a fan that was supplied by the staff to keep the living room cool.

- Easy to get to, plenty of parking - The hotel is clean and organized. The rooms were mostly kept up (our couch had a bleach stain but I’ll take that over any other kind of stain). Plenty of pillows on the bed. Clean sheets and mattresses. - The staff really made our experience so great. You never know what to expect in Lancaster but I never expected such caring staff. Not only were they nice to us guests, but as I overheard them talking to each other, they were nice and considerate to each other. One staff in particular went above and beyond. She often checked on us, she was always friendly to talk to, she gently reminded us of pool or lobby hours and she even offered otter pops for the kids to enjoy. And all this, even when the hotel was sold out during a busy All Stars weekend. Shawn- thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

I love love love the breakfast selections! Only problem is that when i stayed there recently they ran out of food. To me it seems like there needs to be a better method put in place so that the food doesnt run out. For example, take a head count of how many people have checked in and cook that many servings no matter what because not every guest comes to eat but atleast there will be enough for the people that want to get seconds

The elevator wasnt working and they at one point just automatically without even calling me at all, locked me out of my room for something that had no involvement with me whatsoever so to lock me out of the room to force me to have to come to the front desk because an emoloyee put me under someone elses room seems to me the wrong way to get your customers attention

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent, very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good, the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Location is great, easy to find and close to everything. I recommend the Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a good place to stay for a reasonable price - it's a great value.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like, everything was great.

Property was clean , location is very secluded but that’s okay being that it’s in Lancaster ca .beds were very comfortable and they had nice pillows . Great place to stay for the value .

Only bad thing I have to say about the property is that it’s in the city of Lancaster. That’s not there fault but I am glad there there. So when we have to stay there there’s a descent place to stay when we go. I could have done without the concrete saws blasting at 7 am but I’m sure that’s only temporary.

I didn't care for the elevator only 3 people could get on the elevator at 1 time so we have to continuously take the stairs up-and-down I didn't like that part but everything else was great breakfast was great facility great the location was great I didn't like the elevator And the elevator made noise with 2 people like if it was going to break down while you were in it

I have stayed at both the Lancaster, and the Ridgecrest Holiday Inn Express several times over the past three years and have never been disappointed! Your staff and services are amazing ! Thank you and I will continue to stay with Holiday Inn, especially with there reasonable prices.

How clean and organized everything is.

The place was nice, perfect actually. Loves the room, everything about it. The dove products were amazing and worked well. The breakfast was delicious and so many options and staff was all nice and polite. Love the all white bedding and the room is tastefully designed.

There’s not much to dislike, looks like the elevator needs maintenance but other than that it was great.

Please add pepper to the breakfast station. I don’t care for the pillows they’re too soft and do give enough neck support a firmer pillow would be more comfortable.

I have rated this stay on the holiday inn in the UK as this is where I presumed I was booking.This was a great hotel with facilities for my 4 year old grandson

The fact that it didn’t start off well as booking.com had booked us into the USA
