I like the breakfast the omelet will always be a plus for me. The pastries were bad but overall I would do it again. Happy hour was not worth attending, there was nothing to eat but some chips. My wife and I agreed we felt short-changed.

We had a lot of trouble with the keys, it would take four or more tries to get into the room. The back door from the parking lot only worked one time. The rest of the time the back door had everybody knocking to get in. The problem was not fixed before we left.

Location was perfect for us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bar staff and Restaurant staff were great. Staff at check were good but not everything was consist with our group. They all had different experience during check in, over all good though. Lobby was a nice place to hang out with our group. Enjoyed the happy perks as well. Christian was great even when it was busy for him. Delicious breakfast options even the dinner menu had a good selection and hit the spot when you really didn't want to leave.

Our towels and toiletries were replenished but beds were not made. I do not recall being notified there was not going to be housekeeping. While hanging out in the lobby the group before us made a mess on the floor. The next night the chips were still on the ground. Furniture was rearranged but chips were still there.

Breakfast was amazing! Great variety. Tasted fresh. Love the omelets.

The pool/Jacuzzi. Very small. Super basic. The jets in the Jacuzzi sprayed up not out. They shot up over my head. We had to turn them off to enjoy the Jacuzzi. The whole area could use a major renovation.

We loved the indoor pool and the variety of breakfast options.

there was a worker that would come check on us every 10 minutes. She wasn’t checking on other tables This made me uncomfortable so we left and took our food to the room.

The staff in all departments were excellent. The kitchen staff were help helpful and very accommodating. The front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was also clean and comfortable.

We were extremely disappointed in TV and Programming available. For an upscale hotel it was very disappointing. We asked to have our towels refreshed and they set them inside the door. They charge $75 for a dog and the pet area was terrible. Muddy and full of tree roots. Unfortunately, guests nor staff clean up the area so it was full of poop! Again disappointing for what they charge.

The complimentary drinks and breakfast was nice.

I kept having problems with my room card and trying to enter other parts , such as the gym or pool was difficult.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety including bacon, eggs, pastries and custom custom-made omelets.

More towel bars and hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful.

It was handicap room and bed was low for my husband. Some handicap rooms we booked the beds were higher at this location. But overall is was nice get away for us.

The staff when I first got there they were nice. But the kitchen staff .were u got breakfast .one lady was nice and the other was rude and ignored u.

The bed needded more blankets and my pillows were not very comfortable..
