The location itself. There's a lot of nearby stores and restaurants that you can explore. The facilities are exceptional, clean, staff are very approachable. We even got an upgrade room with no additional cost. I will definitely book this hotel again when i visit Palmdale

They dont have restaurants so if you have cravings at night, you need to go to the nearby gas station with a 24hr grocery store. However, they have Starbucks inside the property but is only open in the morning until 5pm i think.

I liked that the property is close to different restaurants and shopping centers. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was very quiet and dark!

I didn’t like the fact that we were charge for parking. I have never been to a hotel in the area of Palmdale that charges for parking when we’re staying and paying for a room. The blankets and sheets smelled dirty I couldn’t really sleep due to the smelled.

The room was excellent value for money. The shower had great water pressure, the overall room housekeeping was very good. Television selection was great. Check in staff very personable.

Shampoo and shower gel bottle labels difficult to read. The toilet paper........lets just say, next time I'll bring my own. Happy Hour, Beer and hard liquor only, really!! My wife wanted wine, and ended paying top dollar for a basic wine. Bar tender poorly trained, did not have my beer (Stella) of choice and informed me "we're out", no apology, no regrets, no interest in customer service.

Should have breakfasts, plus no,parking fees. I will book next time at a hotel who offers breakfast and free parking. I paid more for less .

Paying for parking and had a hard time to park near hotel. I had to park out of the hotel parking most of days. And had to pay for parking

i lost three days through Booking.com and the hotel would not refund my money because i went through Booking.com

+I would have preferred a little more choice, but what I had was good. Staff were frtiendly and efficient. Overasll, it was a pleasureable experience.

the property was as advertised: spacious clean rooms, and all room facilities functioned as intended. the location was great and so easy to get to a wide choice of restaurants just off the highway. staff were genuinely friendly and attentive and the on site gym was an absolute bonus - really spacious and well equipped.

if there had been a pool we might have been tempted to stay longer

The staff was extremely pleasant and were truly concerned about my needs. They were always smiling which put me at ease, even the housekeeping staff! My stay was amazing.

The t.v. system did'nt offer many options.
