A classic chain hotel that delivers the usual experience – comfy bed, clean bathroom, free coffee. The decor is a bit dated, but who cares ;P A very friendly front desk employee at check-in. Breakfast was weak, but in the afternoon they served free tacos – honestly one of the best things we ate in the US!

The elevator was out of order (not a big deal for us, even with heavy luggage). During breakfast, the kitchen staff member was making comments about the guests – not exactly professional, but oh well. Parking costs $15, but we knew that in advance – and hey, you have to park somewhere, so we just took it on the chin.

The gentleman who checked us in was great! Very helpful and super nice. Great energy. Happy with the decaf coffee in the room and the extra blanket that I didn't have to ask for was a plus!

When we checked out we paid cash and we were told that it was a cashless facility and didn't have change. When I gave her the cash and a few hours later looked at my receipt, I noticed that the lady billed my card so I had to call back and get that fixed (or I would have been charged twice).

Complimentary water, and parking amenity would be appreciated. $15 a night for parking is excessive.

The facility is clean comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

Reception on Saturday August 5 was so nice, hotel is so clean and quiet, swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool was so slippery, saw kids was falling multiple times, informed the front lady, she put a sign outside the pool area instead of inside the pool, according to her there is No House keeping, manager on-site. Water was so cold No Engineer to check the temperature onsite. Very dangerous for kids to swim. On Sunday we called the Front to ask the opening hours for swimming, the reception told us it is 10 Am, that was wrong, it was 6 am, she knowingly or unknowingly gave us a Wrong Information.

Staff was particularly kind. The hotel is quiet. Near stores and resources. The room was clean. Easy check-in. And my kids loved the breakfast and cooking staff. Rate was reasonable for a suite that suited our family of 5 perfectly.

The hallways were a bit disheveled and dusty BUT only because they are updating the rooms.

Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. A business center with computers and printers. Most of all, though, I was impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff - particularly the gentleman at the front desk in the evening, and the woman in charge of the kitchen in the morning.

The WiFi was a little cumbersome to login.

Everything was good. The breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only issue was our door lock kept sticking but the staff welcomed feedback and offered to send maintenance right away.

$15 parking fee? Just adjust your rates. There’s enough fees out there. It’s nice to just get a little something for free.

The location was excellent for the purpose of this trip. The staff was very welcoming & friendly. Great accommodations for the area & price.

The bed itself was very comfortable, but the pillows were flat.

The staff at check-in was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. There's a movie theater across the street. We never went to breakfast but they had to-go bags made up for late-risers.

The walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything being said in the rooms next to, and above us. The chlorine-smell in the pool area was over-whelming. The last night of our stay, the security locks on the outside of the building mal-functioned. We had to walk around the entire building to get in. We asked about it at the front desk and were told, "Yeah, a lot of people have said they're not working today. I don't know what's going on." It had apparently been an issue for several hours and they hadn't called anyone about fixing it. Not the same staff that was working when we checked in.
