The hotel was immaculately clean so was our room. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable also. I did like that. There were two separate TVs in the suite with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator all helpful. The gym was nice and clean and also appreciated the 24 hour coffee that they offer in the lobby/Breakfast area.

The one thing I didn’t like was the number one reason why I booked the hotel room. It was cause you had an inside pool and when we went there, the pool wasn’t clean Or could have been stained, nevertheless, not appealing to get in at all . Also the room was extremely hot, hotter than it was outside. Which was a little confusing because there was no sauna in there, but it was that hot.

Nice and comfortable room. Nice separate living room area. Two large flat screen TVs. Air conditioning worked great and was self controlled. Plenty of towels.

I was unable to get back into the room after taking my bags to my car prior to check-out. After going back and forth from my room on the 3rd floor and the lobby a couple of times to reset the key, they told me that they had to work on the mechanism. I was planning on relaxing for the last hour, with a cup of coffee and some TV. The worst part is that I use an oxygen concentrator, which was still in the room. I ended up sitting in the lobby for around half an hour. Wasn't happy, but the front desk employee and maintenance staff tried their best.

It was overall an excellent stay. I can appreciate the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was on point. The lobby and the common areas were nice and comfortable with plenty of access to charging and electrical stations. My daughter was able to bring her laptop down to the common area and complete her homework assignments without having to stay in the room. The gym was awesome-complete with everything a person will need for their workout, whether it be yoga, weight training or cardio. There were also separate restroom areas where you could shower after the workout. Not too far from the gym was the pool area which was also nice.

The lack of storage in the room. There was not enough drawer space or closet space for 3 people. And because of the newness of the facility there were not enough individuals to perform the housekeeping service in the rooms each day; it was every four days (we were there for nine days). From my understanding, they were in the process of hiring. By the time this review is posted, they may have completed the hiring process. I also wish that they would have had vending machines by the ice makers located on each floor. Because if you're hungry or thirsty in the middle of the night, you probably will not want to have to go all the way down to the lobby in your pajamas to purchase vending machine items that they have for sale.

Cleanliness, nice to have a 2nd tv and couch

Staff slow at refilling breakfast items. Lack of plugs on both sides of the bed. People need to plug in things like CPAP, phone etc. One side of the bed 1 working plug, other side nothing. I had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed where I do not usually sleep etc. in order to breathe. Should have a full length mirror.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff! They went out of their way to place us in a different room as the first one had a strong cologne smell! A nice variety of breakfast items but nothing to write home about.

The TV wasn't getting any connections so the staff came to reprogram the TV! After they left the TV stopped working again! Oh well!

They start breakfast pretty early it was good. Just gotta make sure you get up to get food cause they will run out due to the high amount of guest was staying there. The breakfast area was very clean and enough room to sit and eat.

Fairly new. Good bacon breakfast with scrambled eggs.

Parking spaces a little narrow and too many EV spaces up close. Like you want to penalize those with larger gas powered vehicles. Hopefully there will be other eating places built in the vacant areas in the future. Had to drive a bit to get some food.

I really liked the hotel! Excellent rooms, great breakfast, there is a small gym and a swimming pool. The staff is polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient. Next time we will stay here again.

The quietness and the cleanliness. The room was big and it didn’t look like a hotel room it looked like a regular room. The clerk was so wonderful I didn’t get her name but she was so nice and polite.

This was a good location for family to meet for my nephews Bday party.

I was very satisfied with the hotel.. My last hotel booking was a nightmare.
