Every staff member was kind and helpful. And even when we were almost late for breakfast the lady helped my daughter make a waffle 🧇 and she didn't rush us but made us feel important. Also my daughter said she was such a kind person for helping us.

It was just one evening, but some guest decided to smoke even though it is a smoke free location, but when I told staff they got on it right away. And when I woke up in the morning I couldn't smell a thing...I guess that's more of a dislike to the customer then the location.

I've stayed here many times. They took out their pancake machine, answered no longer offer bagels for breakfast. They user to have one of the best breakfasts in all the motels/ hotels in the city. Its still good i used to rate it a 10 now I rate it a 7.5

Im in the hospitality industry also and I do housekeeping at a children's camp and know how cleanliness matters. There was hair on the floor and I had to put a shower curtain up there was not one up.

The room space, bed, and amenities are adequate. I'm glad that the floor was not carpet. It's quiet. The cleanliness is not only in the room but the whole facility inside out. The variety of food is sufficient for breakfast since I don't eat much. I just wish for more fruit selections. Staff was helpful and accommodating when I asked for forks and plate. We'll stay there again 🙏😍.

The plate inside the microwave didn't fit right and wobbling when I was warning up food.

I chose this motel because of the price and it wan't too far from my friend's place. He was very pleased with it, as it's a safe area in Palmdale. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I would give 8.5 despite a few thing I mentioned.

There is no hot water jag in the room, only the coffee maker. So I had to go downstairs to get a cup of hot water and tea. The design of the room was unsuall, as a handbasin was not in the bathroom, but near the door, which I found inconvenient. Little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided. But for the last night, there were a shampoo and two body lotions by mistake, as they were in the same bottles. As it's near the regional hospital, every night I heard an ambulance, but wearing ear plugs helped me sleep better.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff was very kind. Breakfast had many choices.

Unfortunately, several people chose to play load music in the cars outside our window at 12midnight. It did not last long, about 5 minutes, but, loud conversations continued in the hallway outside near our entry door. Again, it didn't last long, but made it difficult to get back to sleep.

The suite was quite spacious. Coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was huge. The staff were helpful. There was breakfast. In spite of the busy street, it was fairly quiet. The couch was fairly comfortable (at least for a short person like me). Just a short drive to the mall and restaurants.

I had to go downstairs to the ice machine. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. A little variety in the breakfast sandwiches would have been appreciated. Entrance driveway is limited by direction. I would like to have had a sofa bed in the living area. No guide in the room to tell you what TV channels were available.

Wish you allowed pets, like you used to. This was a random trip for my husband and I without our dog. We would return if we were in the area again, but we normally have our dog. We like this Best Western. The elevator was not working, and we were placed on the ground floor, and it worked out perfectly for us. The staff was very accommodating.

What I like about this property is that theres breakfast included, as well as the price for stay is affordable and worth it!!

…. Wasn’t that much not to like unless youre looking for 5 star luxury & smoking rooms? Its a great place to stay, in my opinion !!

The Breakfast, great customer service . (Highly recommended) I like that there's no roaches or bed bugs or anything like that.

I didn't dislike anything, the best Western is one of the best in its class.

Friendly staff. Everyone was nice and treated us like we were number one. The Continental breakfast was good and easy to self serve and there was plenty to go around. The location was down from the freeway and easy to access from the street. Area safe and well lit.

Parking was ok, if you got back late you just had to park further out. Plenty of space out back.
