Literally almost feels like staying at a relatives or friends house close by, front desk experience is always a plus. To me that's where it all begins, right at the front door. One can tell when it's over worked or natural for the staff genuinely welcoming you during your stay. This Motel 6 (Lancaster Ca) is 2nd to none when it comes to making me feel welcome and confident that if I needed something a little special for a loved one or family member visiting me or with me that a the least they would try and make it happen! Truly an exceptional group of people there & when money has to meet value for some of us...I get every penny spent there back in smiles alone! Thank u again motel 6 Lancaster. Pat your self's on the back, I promise it won't look weird. Y'all deserve it! Emily, Cynthia, Lizzy, Naomi & most of all without having to even say her name "Carmen🌻" she's the motel 6 housekeeping ninja nobody ever sees but always appreciates when we put a white towel to our face knowing it's clean & disinfected due the sutttle aroma of lavender bleach keeping them and the bed linen clean and white! This Particular Motel 6(Lancaster CA) always stands out in memory when I talk about my travels. I believe that's simply because they themselves strive for that experience. From the front desk management and staff are always smiling & greeting you as soon as I walk through that glass door to all the magical little housekeeping ladies that make all this happen behind the scene. So I think a simple "Thank u" for making my mornings and nights coming in extra special! Give yourselves a pat on the back because what you do on a day to day basis isn't easy & assure you definitely not overlooked by any of the regulars that pass through from time to time! The one and only thing I never like, is only having to pack up and leave. I've honestly have in the past actually extended my stay just because all my days ran smooth. Good night of rest and coffee in the a.m hits the spot! See ya next time Lancaster!

Loved everything about it, even with only getting a few hours of sleep. Waking up refreshed and ready to tackle my day seems like a normal thing here at the Lancaster 6. Their customer care and hospitality speaks for itself.

A few different things actually during this stay but the correct information got to the ears of the correct people and dept and I'm sure it was handled quick and accordingly. Great job graveyard front desk! (Pat on the back for you)

I was very surprised and delighted by how clean and comfortable the facilities were in the room I got.

I think quite so much about the property itself, but the Wi-Fi service didn't work on my second night and I didn't feel comfortable bothering the staff about this so I just did without it on my second night. It's OK cause I was really tired anyway you just need to rest my head.

We stay in a queen deluxe room. It was very nice. Room had updated furniture and was clean. Love that it had a microwave and refrigerator too. Plus it has a IHop in the same lot and many fast food options near by. We unfortunately couldn't check in at check in time cause room wasn't ready but they gave us a late check out time to compensate. Staff we very nice and friendly. Wouldn't mind staying there again.

The location is a little iffy but the parking area is well lit. Pool wasn't available but that was okay for us cause the AC was keeping the room ice cold. Not much else wrong though.

Nice and quiet and always get a good night sleep, it's the only place I'll stay when I'm in Lancaster. Actually coming in tonight and I'm kinda upset that I can see any rooms available through Booking.com for tonight. Might have to sleep in the car..making guest feel at home I'm sure comes easy for those guys. It's what they love to do and it shows.

I don't like the 21 days is all you can stay and then you have to move for one night as I live 800 miles but have to come here frequently to see a doctor I have spent a great deal of money in the last 4 or 5 months it just seems unfair

The view of the pool, tv worked, close restaurant near by and walking distant

I seen just a couple of bugs my first night after that I didn’t see anything else. I had multiple people in my room, and would have to ask for more than two towels.

Enough space and plenty of plugs for our devices. Our room was made up during our 2-night stay, which I haven't experienced at other motel 6s. Everything worked well: heat, shower, parking etc. Didn't try the wifi. Hot fresh coffee in the lounge in the AM like they promised. :)

noisy - near freeway and cars were drag racing? lots of pets (and leavings). Our son's room had cockroaches, but ours did not, and our son was able to change his room for a clean one.
