The breakfast was great. I wish it had more variation other than egg, bacon, sausage, bagel toppers, tator tots. The lady’s that worked in the food area were amazing! Very nice and had great attitude.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the bed was a little hard for me. I wish it had the cushion so I can sleep better but this is not a deal breaker. Also, because you have a pool, I think more plastic laundry bags should be in the rooms. I stayed about a week and I filled the bag and the rest of my clothing I threw in the corner of the restroom. Lastly, please upgrade your laundry room machines. I wanted to wash there but I couldn’t because the washer and dryer only accepted coins which was not convenient for me and won’t be for anyone that only carries cards. For the price that you charge and the $10 a night to have cars parked there, at least the washing machines should be more easily accessible. I had to go do laundry elsewhere.

I was upset to be required to pay a $12 parking fee. I understand the need if you are in a densely populated city like London or San Francisco, but Palmdale! It felt like a scam. I travel a lot and have not met that ‘up charge’ in anywhere but major city Center’s. I felt I was being taken advantage of. If I had realised ahead of time I would have chosen a different hotel.

Room and breakfast

The location of the breakfast area was good. There was plenty of seating and the area was very clean. We also enjoyed the free entertainment provided by Marina with her beautiful singing. She and the others were very friendly and kept everything clean. The breakfast itself was also good and there was plenty of it. We do want to compliment the front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping for their friendly and courteous service.

One of the minor issues is that the bathroom floor looked clean however when we wiped it, it was a little dirty. Otherwise, everything else was good!

We have 3 dogs and the mgr made an exception. To us that was so much appreciated. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. We were there for a soccer invitational. Which our great nephews team took 1st in their division. Thank you Theresa

The staff was very friendly, very very clean, breakfast was hot and amazing every morning, the coffee was delicious, the pool was clean and very nice outside along with the work out room . I’m definitely will be returning to this location next vacation

The property makes you pay $12.00 per night for parking in the Antelope Valley. This is a ridiculous idea and price. This is not San Diego or another big city. Shame on You.

One hiccup was with me having to wait and verify my booking because the hotel could not charge booking.com. but .... Other than that customer service was stellar and got me into room with instructions to recharge in a couple of hours.

It was convenient to restaurants and shops, an exercise room, conference rooms, a small pool and contactless entry with a room card.

I would like more options for the breakfast that is included in the daily price.

We liked everything, beds were very comfortable and clean and staff was very nice but wehat we loved the most was breakfast, Consuelo was so nice to us, she greet us as soon as we got out of the elevator, very helpful and friendly and so nice to my grandkid. We are so grateful

The only thing we missed in our room was drinking water, we usually find two small welcome water bottles in other hotels, not sure if they forgot or is something you guys don't offer here, but anyways it was just that little thing, the rest was 👍🏻 great

The location is somewhat secluded, but still walking distance to nearby stores and restaurants. Clines at the front desk was amazing. She was very polite, professional, and always present at the front desk.

Some things in the room were damaged, but not to the point of making it a bad experience.
