Hotel clean , good breakfast and acceptable service 👌

I did not see the $50 deposit charge initially anywhere, and they made me pay it with my credit card. In a few days, they said the money would be returned to my credit card, but I had already paid in advance about a week ago for the hotel. So I was not expecting to pay anything when I got there. I am sure that money will be returned to me, but I just need to wait. It was just the experience that I already have paid everything a week in advance and I wasn't expecting to give my credit card información for a charge that I didn't know.

Clean and comfortable. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and nice. I wish I knew the name of the front desk lady. She went above and beyond.

At check in my driver license fell through this little crack in the desk. And there was no maintenance working that day. And myself and the check lady had to take screws out of desk to get my license and thought why hasn't the manager come to see or help. She could clearly see me laying on the ground looking for my license.

The breakfast was varied and tasty. Additionally, there was plenty of seating so it didn't feel like your were sitting in the lobby!

If anything, I wish the rooms had a real, dedicated recliner OR office chair, either one would work. The pseudo-hybrid one that came with the room wasn't particularly useful.

Everything was great! in a great Location next to restaurants and stores as well as the mall and movie theaters! The room was exceptional . The only disappointment was the housekeep , skipped my room and was only needing them one day through our stay ,but thankfully the front desk had it resolved appreciated that!

The room was comfortable. The bathroom and shower excellent.

The breakfast both mornings was not maintained well. The orange juice machine was empty and dripping. Cutlery was not maintained, so we had to ask for forks. One salt shaker is NOT optimal. Get some individual packets or put shakers on each table. Some items, like boiled eggs, was empty the second day. Bacon seemed barely cooked.

The swimming pool & jacuzzi. Also that it offered breakfast.

I didn’t like that there were no towels at the swimming pool and that on Sunday when I went to breakfast at approximately 9:30am they didn’t have any bacon or waffles even though the breakfast isn’t over in 10:00 am. Also in one of the beds there was a whole eyelash, the ones that women glue on.

The breakfast was excellent and provided many choices. The entrees ( scrambled eggs) was tasty and moist. Fruit salad was made from fresh fruit. My husband enjoyed the oat meal which was clearly prepared that morning

I liked everything about this facility. The staff that I encountered at the front desk, at breakfast and the lady that cleaned the rooms on my floor were all friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and clearly well maintained .

Loved the free breakfast it was fresh and good quality. Everyone was nice the rooms were comfy and it was quite.

The 2 days housekeeping came in they took the towels we used when we had them.hanging up. It states that if we would like new ones to leave on the floor. But we didn't both times. One of the times they took the towels and didn't replenish them. I called the front desk for more and never received them.

The EV charging posts were very convenient. Cleanliness of the rooms and very friendly staff with a full breakfast was excellent. Small but nice pool and spa.

Some of the EV charging posts are marked as disabled, and non-EV cars would park in the non-disabled parking spots near the front. There are not signs posted stating EV parking only, so there isn’t anything that can be done, other than taking up a disabled parking spot to charge my car.

Check in staff was very nice and answered my questions about other things I wanted to do while there. The room was nice as was the bed. Breakfast was very good as well with several options for a breakfast meal.

Had a little problem locating the property due to the naming of the streets in Palmdale. Never saw a street named O B 8 before. In travels, one street had a name on it, but also had its map name (ave N) in small print under the name so missed that turn. Just a personal problem and frustrating and had nothing to do with the property. Just Palmdale! :)
