Easy to locate and quick check in process

Only problem was a bunch of people wondering around and watching you while you go towards your room. Had two random individuals come around and felt uncomfortable. One was trying to follow me upstairs towards my room but wanted to go into the elevator with me while I was alone waiting for my boyfriend to come luckily he popped up and managed to scare him away. Another one was the following day after I had gone downstairs to my car and went back into the room another individual came up towards our room knocking after watching me come upstairs alone playing it off as if he was looking for somebody thankfully I didn’t open the door my boyfriend did who knows what could have happened. Can’t be trusting just anybody now and days, too many crazy people out here and people end up missing.

Location is very convenient close to the freeway close to Transportation close to everything so I have no problems about getting anywhere I need to get to convenient. There is construction up the street to get onto the freeway unfortunately going towards Mojave you have to go down the street under the overpass make a U-turn in order to go towards Mojave and Lancaster further out that way if you’re going to get on the ramp to go to LA that part is clean clear and free. I would suggest that you go on different booking sites and see which site has the cheapest rate before just taking the first one that pops up.

I don’t like the fact that they do not have microwave s in the room. I wish the rooms were updated but even the room that I’m in now it was pretty good. It’s a decent size….it has everything that you need if you’re here on business or if you’re here on pleasure either way. What I did was purchased an electric skillet and I made some really really wonderful gourmet meals in this place🥓🥘🍿🍜😋😋😋😋😋

It was a delight it helped make our vacation a more memorable experience our first time without children we expected it to b a little discomfort but staff was amazing not only where they so professional but there attitudes and attention to detail for our needs and comforting faces made us feel like they where family we owe it to the staff at palms in and suites for one of the best vacation we have ever had thank you see you next year in fact we were taking about two vacation this year we recommend for all

It was comfortable and served its purpose. Staff tries very hard to keep the grounds clean. Housekeeping was fabulous. Since it appears to have changed ownership they are trying.

This is an older facility and needs a lot of upgrades. They do have a pet area and should do better to keep it clean as not everyone cleans up. The weather was very cold and although the room had a heater I did ask for an extra blanket and was told “No”

Basic standard budget motel but clean and spacious, water temp and pressure worked perfect, basic amenities like 2 body/hand towels/tp and bar soap and an old fridge available. Pillows are basic, could do with a remodeling but it’s the perfect location, great price.

I’ve stayed before on the other side of the building and the tv and curtains were newer/hotel standard. This time we had regular curtains and tv kept disconnecting.

The staff was amazing. Our room had 2 beds and was very clean! Yes, the WiFi came in clearly! Thank you for our television showed without any glitches! My husband was Happy to be there! Honestly, there were a couple of rooms that kept fighting throughout the evening!!! Perhaps we can get a room in the front from now on!!! We had no problems like this ever while upfront by the office! We slept with our extra help close at hand!!! Thank you for asking!!! From the Turrentine Family

The bed plus room was clean and nice! Looked inviting to tell others about!

No Breakfast, lol. Language was hard to understand. When the key didn't work. We were told to walk twice with same key... That didn't work at all. But, we got in eventually. This was the small part that I didn't want my husband to wait on! He has cancer stage 4. I try to give him a night or two away from home; to take his mind off of his dilemma! It’s clean and it has a pool

There was a lady that was always trying to give me a room that something was wrong with it. For example the toilet moved, or a smoking room when I asked for a non- smoking

The room was clean and the property was quiet . Didnt expect much based on pricing . Its an older motel for sure that has minor upgrades but my room was clean , tv worked , air was great and no bugs

There was no ice machine when i stayed and not even a microwave in the office for guest to use

It has a pool and ice machine that both work!

The key card consistently had to be reprogrammed and the pool gate entrance key swipe doesn’t work so u have to ask someone to open it up if not got to the office again and again!!! The customer service was not very friendly but they weren’t mean!!!
