The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful throughout and everything is kept in very good and clean order, it was very comfortable for the most part.

The only downside is due to the modern construction and lack of carpets or other soft fixtures the noise tends to echo around the hallways a lot, especially at night or in the early mornings. Not much in the way of room door soundproofing it seems. Besides that everything else was great.

The location is the best! Quiet, near the attractions/food spots, easy to get transportation. The rooms are clean, simple and has all the basic needs. Free water (in public dispenser).

I stayed in Hop Inn Makati before and the amenities in Iloilo was not as complete. There were no dental kits, and the phone was outside the room near the elevator. But we always bring our own so it wasn't a big deal. It was just the phone that's a bit of a hassle to use because you have to go out of the room just to call.

CLEANLINESS is everything. Please maintain it. Love the water stations on our floor. Location is perfect and very accessible.

I encountered a not-so-friendly staff member during my first day. She was not rude, but she had an unpleasant expression, never smiled, and did not offer to help solve a minor issue about receiving something on my behalf at the concierge. Please coach them to be helpful and have a pleasant, neutral facial expression. Have a can-do attitude, especially when asked/needed.

The hotel location is excellent!! I easily accessed PUVs right outside the hotel. Additionally there were several fast-food restaurants nearby, which was convenient for grabbing a quick and affordable meal.

While the location was ideal, the room lacked a clothes rack and hangers, which would have been helpful for unpacking and keeping clothes wrinkle-free. Additionally, having basic complimentary toiletries and amenities, such as soap and body lotion, would have been appreciated.

The hotel's location and services definitely met my expectations. I also liked how clean the rooms were. Despite the fact that my room was on a different floor than my friends', I don't really see it as an issue. The location is very close to some famous fast food chains, and you can also walk from the hotel to the nearest local mall. Overall, my stay was wonderful. Thank you, Hop Inn Hotel IloIlo City.

It would be great if they could provide at least 2 or 3 clothes hangers, especially if their guests are attending a very important meeting or event. This way, guests would have something to hang their outfits on and prevent them from getting wrinkled.

For a budget hotel Hop Inn hotel ((ILOILO) can actually be rated as a 3 star hotel base on my experiece as a (booking.com genius member) traveller. Staff are friendly and approachable with a Smile.

There was a day has no water supply from the tap/shower for almost 3hours..😔 Curtain blind is a roller type and is not good for a small sunlight access where you need to open all(privacy deprived).

Due to its recent construction, the hotel's amenities should be spotless and new. This might also be the cause of the need to provide extra directions to many cab drivers. Although it does not serve breakfast, it is ideally situated close to several stores and eateries. SM City Iloilo is nearby as well. Should you need to go downtown, you can always politely ask the guards to send a cab to pick you up.

Sometimes the AC in our room doesn't get too cold.

The accommodation is very clean, near shopping malls and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very seamless when it comes to booking and special request. I was even able to open Netflix since they have smart tv. I'm also very particular with the cleanliness of the bathroom, and it did not disappoint. Will book here again in my future trips in Iloilo

The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. The location is great, it's quite central with many eaterie within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had to ask for extra toilet paper during our 3-night stay, since the initial supply consisted of only one role. Would be good to pay attention to little details like these.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Upon my arrival, the Front Office personnel clearly explained what I could expect during my stay. The room was clean and the bed was neatly arranged. The hotel is also very accessible, as it is located on a side street. If I have the chance to visit Iloilo again, I will stay at the Hop Inn Hotel.
