The staff were really friendly. They are engaged, obviously connected to the community and always happy to help. The facilities all worked great, good strong shower etc. It's obviously an older seaside hotel but at this price they're doing an amazing job of being clean, efficient and friendly, moreso than some of the big chains. Room was very big.

It was a little warm in my room and I couldn't work out why since the radiator was off and I cracked the window, but it always felt warm. That being said I didn't ask for help so maybe staff could have fixed it. They certainly would've tried.

Location was great. Free parking was a huge bonus. Staff very helpful. Whilst there were problems with the room the staff were good. We weren't made aware there was a restaurant so we went out to look for a meal.

Would have preferred fresh coffee at breakfast. Shower controls were broken and I didn't know until the morning. It was too late to ask for assistance as we'd booked breakfast. The bathroom basin was extremely slow to drain. I needed to wash my hair in the basin it was very difficult. There was a bad drain smell. It would be good to let customers know about evening meals

Lovely staff, super friendly & always down to chat. Were super helpful with a package we needed to send. Held our bags when we went into town quick too. Were always smiling. Room was very clean, had coffee and tea to disposition. Lovely view on the beach. The only thing i would point out was the lack of plugs and the instability of the Wifi. just combersome to charge our things in the evening. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and the Windsor hotel was a great choice.

Room with a great view of the coast ... have stopped there a few times and best room so far (POSSIBLY a wee bit smaller than other rooms). Free parking. Private car park behind the hotel. Close proximity to both the coast and town centre. Nice staff.

The lift was out of action while we were there. Not so much of a problem for use reaching our allocated room on the top/2nd floor of the hotel but a possible problem for the less able? When in our room and attempting to gain access to the tree WiFi ... more often than not being advised "Connected - No Internet" . May have been due to the location of our room within the hotel, up in the corner of the top floor? (... but would rather have that room and sacrifice the free WiFi :+))

From outside the Windsor looks run down and sorry for itself, once inside though......it is clean, spacious. The rooms are large, clean and have all you need, the bathrooms have a bath and shower. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The Windsor Hotel is a nice place to stay, just ignore the the exterior or the building. I would recommend any day. The prices are reasonable which is a bonus these days. I will be staying again.

Noisy school kids on a school trip running up and down the corridor late at night.

Everything was clean and well kept, the staff were very friendly and obliging nothing was too much trouble.

Didn’t like the nightclub across from the hotel which was open till 2Am every night we were there. It was very noisy with djs at the top of the voices people shouting outside the door and lots of cars and taxis hotel guests struggled to find parking.and get to sleep as it was impossible till after 2am.

Was allocated a large family room with plenty of space for myself and 2 large breed dogs. The girl on reception - Suzie was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The TV wasn't working. A lovely girl came in to try and fix it, no luck. She said another member of staff could come in at 10 pm to try and fix it. That was no use as I was up early in the morning so had to be in bed by 9.30 am. That's my only gripe.

It was okay and very good that’s all, I can say and let’s hope many people can still enjoy it with all the time in the world and hope that room, I slept in can do a great job for many guests to come indeed.

Well sorry about the rules about the cleaning and sorry about a few guests being rude but they were just minor mistakes but, I’m a guy in training at being a guest at the hotel just need to keep practicing all the way.

Good location, as we were visiting relatives in a nearby town. Accepted pets which ticked boxes for us. Hotel right by the beach and close to the town centre ☺️ Welcoming, helpful reception staff, house keeping staff friendly and on the ball with wanting to refresh the room. It was a clean comfortable room , for the price we paid ☺️

Wasn't really anything..
