Quiet location , close to many locations

Clean comfortable room and en suite. Very comfortable bed. Great location.

I struggled to find where the place was at the front door to put the code in. But after ringing the doorbell a very helpful person explained. I would have struggled without my phone torch though.

The property was lovely, all facilities needed were available, comfortable and clean throughout, beautiful location close to everything. Bonus we woke up to snow this morning, gave ‘The Holiday’ vibes thank you for a lovely stay at your property

Lovely place. Fab location for me. My room was lovely altho small. Fab shower! Fab kitchen and lovely entrance. Really nice all round.

Nothing. Just wished it had been slightly bigger. Was very warm!

I was advised my door key no 2 would be in lock box 2. I was given the code for the lock box. On arrival the code was already merged mess I no the lock box was open and key no 8 was in the box. I check box no 8 and key no 2 was in that box. Again, the code for this box was already entered meaning the box was open. There was mould in the room.

Location is very good and Cramlington very attractive and friendly. Room 1 (single) compact but comfy and clean. Good shower.

Thin walls. Could hear couple talking in next room on 1st evening. Expected hair dryer for price. No WiFi details on info sheet on wall but found it elsewhere. Dodgy TV reception. Shampoo provided when requested. Ran out of milk for hot drinks. I figured out how to turn heating off eventually but instructions would have helped. Glad to have been met as would have struggled with outdoor security pad. Mainly easily sorted minor niggles.

Cold - could have done with some heating especially in the morning Only had 1 hand towel - no bath towel provided. No one to greet you on reception - felt a little soul-less.

Great location and great idea for managing accommodation

No central heating available or directed to by staff , unfortunately it was freezing the night I stayed so wasn’t very comfortable for me to sleep

The room was fine and the lounge area was a bonus.

We couldn’t get the front door keypad to work so couldn’t get in! There was no reply to the door bell despite their being a noticed in the door to ring it if you were having problems. The owner did their best to help us and we had to use a different door in the end. This should never have been an issue in the first place though. She was telling us that it sometimes doesn’t work if your fingers are cold. What?! If this is the case it’s not fit for purpose and should be changed. We managed to get in late in the evening but had wanted to get in at 2pm and get changed. Wouldn’t stay here again.
