The cleaning staff were very nice. Some of the reception staff were nice too. The breakfast selection was good and the day time activities were good.

The rooms on the ground floor are very very dated. They weren't 5 star quality at all. They looked horrible and I had to ask a number of times for my guests to be moved. The standard rooms are very very small compared to other 5 star hotels. Food at seashells restaurant was really nice but it took over 3 hours to get food and there was only 2 of us. We didn't even get to order till 45 mins of sitting down.

The service.

The beach facility should be better. Hotel should make an arrangement of beds and umbrellas on the sand. It is a public beach but something can be done for the hotel guests.

Really good service, nice people trying to help

The hotel is kinda old and is not truly a 5 star hotel - they don't give you water for "green" purposes but it's a hassle to fill it up, the AC wasn't working properly, the shower water goes from hot to cold, they don't pay attention to small details and fix the lobby, lifts, etc.

I spent a wonderful few days with my children and 6 grandchildren aged 1 through 10 at the resort. This was a perfect choice for us with the option of pools and magnificent beach- felt private. Each morning I took a long swim across the aby and then joined family for a fantastic breakfast with champagne! The kids loved the slide in the little pool as well as the activities in the kiddies club. The pool side restaurant was fantastic with the staff exceptionally friendly. The in the pool Bar with endless shakes ice creams and soft drinks was amazing fun entertainment in the amphi each evening

We were unaware that we needed to prebook the hotels restaurants for dinner. We had the full inclusive package but by the time we arrived the Italian and Cypriot Meze restaurants were full - during a five day stay each was available only once My daughters room had noise very early in the morning caused by trucks reversing uder her window

It’s as per usually a very nice environment, the staff is lovely, it has great facilities, the food is nice and convenient.

This time around it was not as clean as all the other times we visited, and also we had really loud neighbors (the walls seemed non sound proof at all). It was mostly the cleanliness though. I’ve never had this issue at St Raphael before but this time it wasn’t great.

We stayed in a nice family room with a large balcony, pool and sea view, and complete privacy from neighbors. Though slightly outdated, the room was in good condition. The kids loved the pool area, especially the waterslide, which was always supervised by a lifeguard. The food selection was excellent, with fish, meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Fries and nuggets were available but not overly highlighted, which allowed children to choose from the regular, balanced buffet. Watermelon was a standout! Hotel staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Annita from guest services for resolving a small issue, and to Luke at the front desk for being very helpful. The beach area was enjoyable and convenient.

Sometimes the pool area lacked free chaise longues due to people reserving them with towels. Also, occasional gas smells near the beach due to nearby boat rentals.

Loved the kindness of the staff. Decent rooms size. Beautiful gardens and pool area. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying. Did I mention how polite the staff was? Oh, I did. Anyway it’s worth mention again!

Just the bunk beds. I think they need a bit of update.

The hotel is fantastic great beach gorgeous gardens the bedroom was impeccable we received a cot for our little one and she was comfortable our bed was massive which was fantastic, breakfast buffet was great lots of options staff so pleasant and friendly pool staff friendly pool was great the splash restaurant has great options for food loved the pizza hotel was spotless Wi-Fi was fantastic even worked on the beach that’s impressive, we loved that we could get towels at the property,

Not a lot really just a few things like There was no clear operating signs for AC in rooms so we didn’t actually know that if balcony door was open even a tad the AC would not work, mosquito’s were an issue, although it’s not the hotels fault at all but maybe if they could provide some sort of repellent, and provide a bin for family rooms with young children who still use nappies we had small bins which at times filled up easily, Pool bar drinks were abit pricey but I guess to be expected really.

The staff are all very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great! We visited during off season so the hotel was lovely and quiet and as a result the staff couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed the beach, the indoor pool, the room, the in rooming dining. And a side note for the maids who always kept the room looking nice and clean. I very rarely write reviews but credit where credits due, it is a fantastic hotel and we would love to return one day.

One negative i could give is its away from the city centre, but this could be a positive for others. We had a hire car so it didn't affect us and there was plenty of parking spaces.
