Our room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and adequate toiletries. Property was also very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We were hoping for more action at the airport since it would be fun to watch the planes land!

Nothing really except the breakfast is priced a little on the higher end for hotel class. Menu options were decent and the only other close dining option is the airport cafe across the parking lot. This hotel location is about 5 minutes from downtown Pendleton and not walkable so keep that in mind.

The facility was newer and well appointed in everyway. The bed was super comfortable. Really liked the shower only, no tub. The see through refrigerator was a great touch. Wall controlled HVAC system really makes a difference

I booked a King Size Bed room. When I arrived I was told that a group before us wanted two rooms close together so the staff give them our room. The staff said it was an "upgrade" for us to get a room with two queen beds. Well, first, the room we got was right next to the elevator and the tone made when the doors opened was audible in our room. Second, most the time, a room with two queen beds has only one nightstand, as was the case with the room we had, so one of us did not have a nightstand for glasses, phone, etc.

Very clean, the location was very quiet! Great staff!

The only thing that we can think of, because our stay was very nice, it would’ve been nice to have at least a continental breakfast available, especially for the prices that they charged for the rooms. They did have coffee available. The restaurant was a little spendy for dinner, but the breakfast was reasonably priced. Food was average, but it was nice to have a restaurant on the premises.

The hotel is easy access from the interstate and to get to. It sits atop a hill overlooking the town and has a beautiful view at night. Very clean and comfortable hotel and room. There is a restaurant in this hotel with great hours and menu options. Very safe area with ample parking. Woman at front desk was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The stay was 100% satisfying.

There was nothing that could have made my stay any more enjoyable.

The hotel was thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist feel from the colors to the furniture. The A/C was quiet, even as it is a window unit. Even the elevators were concealed in an entry room behind a door to keep noise at a minimum.

The breakfast food service was not included in the price and we ordered eggs that were raw and undercooked. Juice that tasted spoiled. The server was profusely apologetic and brought additional eggs and different juice.

It was very quiet. I was on the back side of the hotel, facing the airport parking lot, so there was no traffic noise. It is a small regional airport, so the only aircraft I heard during my stay was one helicopter during the mid-morning. It was a great place for a solid night's sleep.

Not even a continental breakfast (a muffin or bagel would be helpful). This was my first stay at a Radisson. There was no menu in the room so I couldn't see the restaurant/room service options ahead of time. I'll stay again, but I'll be prepared with my own food next time.

Clean, very comfortable room a little out of town which eliminates the traffic noise and movement. It has a great view of the area, the restaurant has an excellent chef but not the largest selection of dishes. After a long day on the road, being able to eat at the hotel was very welcome. The bathroom setup was exceptional, a large walk-in shower (no tub) and a great sink. The room was big enough for two, the king bed was very comfortable and the side tables were large with room for personal items (chargers, etc.).

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. I travel through Pendleton at least 4-5 times per year. I did not even know it was there. I was very pleased with the location; it was easy access to the freeway and close to the gas station.

There was nothing that I can point to that I did not like. I have stayed in so many hotels and this was by far the best experience for the price range. It wasn't fancy but is was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is the newest and cleanest in Pendleton. It is at the small airport only served by Boutique Airlines with service from Pendleton to Portland. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pendleton, even if you have no need to use the airport. It is only a few minutes from the interstate exit and it will not disappoint.

Great value staying at this new hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean, beds are comfortable. It is next to the small local airport, but we only saw one small plane fly in during the late afternoon, so there was no plane noise to be concerned with. Its a little out of the way, but has a restaurant (we didn't eat there) and a cool bar/grill at the airport just steps away with very good food at reasonable prices.
