Clean, well maintained, quiet. The a.c./heat unit functioned quietly & efficiently. Bathroom was well organized and the plumbing worked as it was designed to do, including draining quickly, which hasn’t been the case in several of the properties we have been at recently . Well run breakfast room! Good food & coffee!

I dislike the mini refrigerator door opening in the opposite direction as the door of the cabinet it is hidden in. It makes use of the fridge awkward, even difficult.

Everything. Great value for the $$ myself, my disabled wife and 2 grandkids had a wonderful time. From the staff to the room to the breakfast we came tired, slept well, ate a FANTASTIC BREAKFAST, checked out late and left refreshed and ready for another day on the road home!! Great place Great value to me.

Elevator was a little dated and sketchy but hey the place itself was more than all good.

This hotel looks cleaner than the others around, and the swimming pool is indoors and in the same building, and the breakfast area is spacious, and our interactions with the employees were pleasant.

We stayed for two nights, and we asked at the front desk to clean our room and change our blankets. When we returned, it was the same blankets, and it looked like they didn't vacuum, and they didn't refuel the shampoo or anything. The hallways looked the same like no vacuum, and the water in the hot tub looked dirty

All amenities were very nice. My room had a problem with shade working right, but your staff helped out a lot. I loved the coffee maker and the lotions, etc. Breakfast was awesome.

The creamers all have corn syrup ingredients, except the half & half, which was great. Can you have a more healthier creamer with French Vanilla? I'm planning on coming every weekend for a while.

Very comfortable bed. Room was clean and temperature was easy to set on wall.

All IHG hotels are basically the same with the way breakfast is set up. Couldn't find the butter. It was frozen and couldn't spread. Eggs were burnt and dry and under cooked sausage. Basically the breakfast wasn't like other IHGs.

Yes, the breakfast was very helpful to get ready for the day.

That the cable was off or something wrong with the tv. I had to unhook the cable myself to see if it reset and come back on which it finally did. I was not happy with that at all, still think we should have gotten a discount of some kind for this.

The hotel and room were more modern and clean. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

There were 4 things that could use improvements. The t.v. kept shutting off. The shower head had either a mist or soak setting. The towels were small and thin. The bed pillows were OK, not the most comfortable.

The hotel was quiet. Our room had a very nice view. The room was clean and well maintained.

The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly or helpful. She appeared to be paying more attention to her phone while sitting in a corner out of view of a guest approaching the front desk. Didn't even tell me where the elevator was, I had to ask.

It’s a nice hotel the breakfast was very delicious only thing is the hot tub wasn’t working and the sanitation of the pool was a little questionable and they could possibly shampoo the chairs on the room but everything else was excellent!

Friendly Staff, Clean, fridge in room, cold A/C, and Breakfast was really good selection and great quality 6am-9am nice that it went longer so you could sleep in a little longer. (Will happily pay the extra to stay here over the Super 8 across the street)

Not a lot of insulation between floors so kinda loud or just had elephants staying above us but wouldn't keep me from staying there again.
