Burcombe Manor is a beautiful house in an idyllic location, and Wendy is such a charming and attentive owner. Our rooms were lovely, clean, spacious, and had lovely views out of the windows! Breakfast was served in the dining room around an enormous table surrounded by French windows looking over the garden. We had cooked breakfasts, which were delicious! Plenty of toast and tea/coffee, jams, honey, yogurts, cereals, and fresh fruit was also on offer. The village of Burcombe is lovely, nearby Wilton is a traditional market town with plenty of shops, cafes, and pubs ( and , of course, the famous Wilton House ). Wendy is very helpful in advising the best places.

This is a B&B that made me go "Wow" as I drove up to it, and "Wow" again when I saw the view of the grounds from my bedroom. Very large and comfortable room, with an honest-to-goodness sunken bath in the en suite. Friendly welcome, and a good home-cooked breakfast in the morning. The Barford Inn is an easy walk if you want a drink with your dinner.

Homely and comfortable with lovely bedding, fluffy towels, parking on site and a great breakfast. Peaceful and quiet. We slept very well.

The bath/shower arrangement in our room was a bit odd. But worked fine once we’d worked out how to get in!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful manor located in a picturesque village. Nights at Burecombe Manor are otherwordly - I could count all the stars, and the atmosphere was remarkable. Our room was situated upstairs, with a phenomenal view of the luscious green park. Breakfast was delicious, and we have chosen the English breakfast option. Our Hostess Wendy, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely be returning.

A tastefully furnished country house with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, The accommodation is spacious and comfortable and the breakfast exceptional . Set in a very quiet village location with an unexpected very good restaurant/bar nearby.

The location is absolutely beautiful! The old manor is charming, the room was large and quiet, with a lovely view into the garden. The host was warmly welcoming us and offered a fantastic breakfast. The breakfast room was nice. The manor is located near to Salisbury, in a cosy and quiet small village. That was exactly what we wanted. 🙂

This lovely little gem in the English countryside. Our host was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were very comfortable and our English breakfast was exactly what we needed to get us ready for the day of sightseeing. The place is an easy distance from Stonehenge and other sight. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful old manor house. Good size bedroom with comfortable bed. Good location for our needs (a wedding in the area). Great breakfast and helpful owner.

Bathroom was a bit dated but that did not concern us at all.

Great location close to Wilton / Salisbury and Gurston Down for a motorsport event. The welcome, advice about local eateries and general atmosphere was excellent. The location is grand, elegant, quiet. The room was very comfortable, very large and a wonderful bathrrom. "Old school" in the best possible way. Superb choice at breakfast and a lovely "full English".

Such an amazing period house full of the love that the house has absorbed over the years and radiates back to the guests during your/our stay. Fabulous warm host that couldn’t do enough for us, making our stay comfortable and welcome Highly recommended and we shall definitely be back many times.

It would have been nice to be able to slightly open the windows for a like fresh air
