I liked that the bed was in its own room with a door, and not next to the cooker and tables. I liked that there was a closet in the bedroom and a desk and chair. Also, a full length mirror. The shower was great. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch and easy to work. The kitchen was well equipped. Also, we were given essentials like tea, coffee and a bottle of milk in the fridge, and chocolates on our pillows! The location of Pear Tree apartments was an easy walk to the city centre and to the Cathedral.

The dining table was a bit small. The sofa was too low for my 6'3" husband, so he had to sit on piled up cushions.

The location was excellent so close to the train station and bus to Stonehenge, about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. It was quiet with a very comfortable bed and lamps and plugs on both sides. The complimentary breakfast food was much appreciated as well as the free laundry and supply room. Check in and check out were both very easy. It was small but a very well thought out apartment. It would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Very minor detail.....the glass wall of the shower only covered half of the shower and it was easy to get water on the bathroom floor. Had to wipe it up after each shower.

Easy contactless check-in, very friendly staff, good facilities, great location - easy walk to the town centre. Laundry room was excellent with everything you need when travelling plus stocked with spare supplies (towels, toilet paper etc) so you didn't need to find a staff member for extras when required. Very easy to stay and will be back.

The room got and stayed very hot and stuffy so an airconditioner would be a useful addition. There were upright fans and we had to use them to keep cool. Think it would be quite stuffy in the middle of summer. Parking is limited so sometimes a bit anxious about getting a spot. Room overlooked the car park and entry which could be a bit noisy but we did ask for a ground floor room so that was ok!

Great that they provide a pint of milk, some water, tea, coffee and breakfast things. I travelled alone and the bedroom was a good size, comfortable bed. Brilliant location for the railway station. The accommodation has car parking which is a major boon in Salisbury.

Just a bit of feedback: When you arrive, the digital check-in gives you the day you're leaving, which is confusing. There needs to be hand-wash in the kitchen. The hand, body wash, etc. are very strong and masculine. Maybe something a bit more neutral / toned down would be better. There is nothing you can do about the water scale, but tea looks horrible. Is it cost prohibitive to put water filters in the kitchen water supply? It's not too far to the centre but I would suggest ordering groceries rather than trying to carry them. The TV sets are a bit small and no 'normal' TV channels.

What makes PearTree stand out is how complete the experience is. High chair for our son? Ready. Ample toilet roll, kitchen roll, and dishwasher tablets? Stocked. On-site parking, a pristine laundry room, games and activities for children, pet-friendly policies with genuine warmth—every need is anticipated and met with grace. Their breakfast selection is always a delight, and the overall atmosphere makes you want to stay in and savour the comfort. PearTree doesn’t just offer accommodation—it offers sanctuary. Each visit feels like coming home, and this time, with the added emotional resonance of our anniversary, it was even more special. Looked for a night stay here and this was a perfect place for us, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the staff thought of everything inside the apartment from tea and coffee to a pint of milk in the fridge and a welcome chocolate on the fresh towels awaiting us, also had a selection of breakfast bits which was above and beyond, highly recommend this great apartment which was clean and had everything we required. A 15 min walk Into town, definitely will book another stay there soon.

This place was 10/10 for us and we would highly recommend, no marks down, but the pillows for me were way too soft (personally), but I would certainly not mark down anything on our stay, it was great.

The position, the apartment in general and in particular we were greeted by a lady called Kate (I hope it’s the correct spelling) who was so gentle and caring, that made us feel immediately very welcome. She explained to us what to do and checked on how we felt the whole time of our stay. She immediately welcomed our dog Willow and brought a bed, toys and treats. Real credit to the company. We didn’t take any pictures but it’s even better than what you would expect from the advert on booking.com. Beautiful experience and very clean. Thank you

Easy to find, their own parking on site, parking was very full but found space, registered car before arrival Automated booking in, really easy to do. Apartment modern and very clear, great facilities. Lots of extras, milk,bread, coffee, sugar, cornflakes, porridge, apples, croissants, bottled water. Fairy washing up liquid, tea towel, bathroom towels, shampoo, shower soap etc WiFi slow but a strong signal, free view TV you need to logon to iPlayer etc. Lovely helpful staff, would recommend

TV you had to login using your own settings, which meant that when using their WiFi the phone timed out on the authentication

The studio apartment we stayed in was very cozy and equipped with every comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped (even with a dishwasher). Upon arrival, they provided us with everything we needed for breakfast the next day. The staff was truly friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. The shared laundry room was also very convenient, providing extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchen paper. The location is truly convenient, with downtown Salisbury just a few minutes' walk away.

Very clean and well equipped apartments. We had two of differing sizes. Helpful member of staff available on phone when reception is closed. Some reading books , board games and useful hints and tips on places to visit in the lobby area. Quiet location yet only ten minutes walk from centre and two minutes walk from railway station. Bonus to have onsite car parking
