Easy contactless check-in, very friendly staff, good facilities, great location - easy walk to the town centre. Laundry room was excellent with everything you need when travelling plus stocked with spare supplies (towels, toilet paper etc) so you didn't need to find a staff member for extras when required. Very easy to stay and will be back.

The room got and stayed very hot and stuffy so an airconditioner would be a useful addition. There were upright fans and we had to use them to keep cool. Think it would be quite stuffy in the middle of summer. Parking is limited so sometimes a bit anxious about getting a spot. Room overlooked the car park and entry which could be a bit noisy but we did ask for a ground floor room so that was ok!

The position, the apartment in general and in particular we were greeted by a lady called Kate (I hope it’s the correct spelling) who was so gentle and caring, that made us feel immediately very welcome. She explained to us what to do and checked on how we felt the whole time of our stay. She immediately welcomed our dog Willow and brought a bed, toys and treats. Real credit to the company. We didn’t take any pictures but it’s even better than what you would expect from the advert on booking.com. Beautiful experience and very clean. Thank you

Easy to find, their own parking on site, parking was very full but found space, registered car before arrival Automated booking in, really easy to do. Apartment modern and very clear, great facilities. Lots of extras, milk,bread, coffee, sugar, cornflakes, porridge, apples, croissants, bottled water. Fairy washing up liquid, tea towel, bathroom towels, shampoo, shower soap etc WiFi slow but a strong signal, free view TV you need to logon to iPlayer etc. Lovely helpful staff, would recommend

TV you had to login using your own settings, which meant that when using their WiFi the phone timed out on the authentication

The studio apartment we stayed in was very cozy and equipped with every comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped (even with a dishwasher). Upon arrival, they provided us with everything we needed for breakfast the next day. The staff was truly friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. The shared laundry room was also very convenient, providing extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchen paper. The location is truly convenient, with downtown Salisbury just a few minutes' walk away.

The Peartree Hotel was the perfect spot for our stay for a long weekend in Sailsbury. The people who worked there were friendly and very professional. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment - which was fantastic...the rooms were clean...each room had its ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped for simple meal making but there are wonderful restaurants to eat at so only breakfast was made. They have thought of everything - laundry room, spare plugs, spare remotes without having to disturb anyone. There were repairs being done - scaffold being taken down but even the contractors were mindful of the people staying. A very pleasant 5-8 minutes walk into centre of town.

Our recent stay at Peartree Serviced Apartments was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and impressed by the spotless condition of the property. The self check-in system was convenient and user-friendly, making our arrival hassle-free. Whenever the reception was open, the staff were always friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. The vending machine next to reception offered plenty of choices, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the pleasant aroma throughout the property added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our apartment, number 4 on the ground floor, was perfect for our family of three. It was spacious, clean, modern and homely. We were pleased to find everything we could possibly need, including a welcome breakfast, toiletries, fresh towels and a fully equipped self-catering kitchen area. The smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services was a great addition and our little girl was thrilled with her own comfortable sofa bed. The apartment was wonderfully peaceful. We hardly heard any noise from other guests or traffic outside, despite being conveniently located next to the train station. The town centre and cathedral were just a beautiful 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the local attractions. During our stay, we also visited Poole, Old Sarum and Stonehenge, all of which were a short drive away. The location of Peartree Serviced Apartments made it an excellent base for exploring these historical sites. In conclusion, we can't recommend Peartree Serviced Apartments enough. Our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and exceeded our expectations in every way. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Salisbury is a beautiful city with plenty to do and great food and drink options. Peartree Serviced Apartments is the perfect location to explore; apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. There is on-site parking and easy access to the railway station. We had the two-bedroomed apartment and it was a great base for us, well stocked with what we needed, and the welcome basket was great! The communal areas were clean and well decorated, check-in and out was easy. Altogether a great stay!

Myself and my group of friends I was with could not complain about a single thing about Peartree Serviced Apartments. Ideal location in this beautiful city. From the initial contact when I booked the rooms, the correspondence has been prompt and friendly. High standards of accommodation and everything you need (and more). We were pleasantly surprised to find milk, bottled water, breakfast supplies, fruit etc ready and waiting for us upon arrival. Literally, cannot fault anything about our stay - apart from the weather - Storm Bert decided to join us!

Absolutely everything! What a gem. Every little detail and convenience has been thought of and catered for. Beautifully styled, decorated and furnished. Xmas decorations and door wreaths very tasteful. Kitchen fantastically stocked - could cook a meal - and complimentary croissant, cereal, milk, yogurts+ fruit (along with usual tea + coffee) much appreciated. Great location by railway station and easy, flat walk 5 mins into town. Allowed us to park car for a couple of hours beyond our stay and happy to store our luggage.

Our stay at this accommodation was exceptional. The apartment was pleasant, impeccably clean, breakfast was waiting for us in the kitchen, although it was not included in the reservation...the self-check-in process was easy and efficient. The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, which is only a 10-minute walk through a beautiful park. In addition, there is free parking that is easily accessible. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay close to the city's center.
