What an absolutely stunning little spot near Stonehenge! Upon our arrival the staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. The food was delicious and the general vibe of the pub was just so lovely! I came here with my son and we saw that there’s a soft play double decker red bus out front which looked cool- we arrived too late and we’re leaving too early to play, but what a great little addition! The mini stone henge out front was cool and my son enjoyed leaping on and off those for a while. The accommodation was beautiful! We stayed in the railway carriage and it was so clean, tidy, warm and quirky. Really lovely decor and clearly a lot of thought has gone into what would make a guest feel comfortable. Great bathroom too . We even had Netflix on the smart tv! I’m incredibly impressed with this place!- We felt safe and if we ever head back this far away from home we’ll definitely be staying here!
Nothing.

The decoration inside was great, quirky, unique, and interesting. Both my daughters found the beds very comfy. There was a nice semi division between the single beds and the double bed. Tea, coffee, milk and water were provided. Stonehenge was close by. It was good value. The beds were very clean and well presented. The mural on the wall reflected the light differently as the sun rose. We didn't have dinner or breakfast, the restaurant was busy so must have been good. The car park was close and large.
The staircase was quite difficult for me. The shower was very hot, and the shower room door had a certain knack to open it

The shepherds hut was beautifully decorated the hand painted cows and sheep on the ceiling were beautiful!!!
The location was good, the road around us did go very quiet during the night, as we were wondering if it would keep us up all night, we didn’t have enough loo roll, sugar, no pouches of milk for our cup of tea in the morning and no tea bags my husband had to go back and forth as we noticed during our stay. We gave up with the shower as the heat wouldn’t stay at a safe temperature! And we had no cold running water at the main sink. Needed hangers in the cubby opposite the main sink, also maybe some small shelves to put towels that we weren’t using at the time.

The location was ideal for visiting Stonehenge and all areas of interest. You can walk to Woodhenge in 10 minutes and Stonehenge in an hour Great outdoor area to sit to enjoy the sun with plenty of space to park.A great play bus for any children in your group too. The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable and of excellent value for money. The beds are comfortable with crisp linen and large bath towels. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with local knowledge. Nothing was too much for them. They made it a home from home. Aaron is a great asset.. Definitely will visit again

Very peaceful location… The Staff, Jenny, Patricia and Aaron go above and beyond with welcoming hospitality and friendly service . Stonehenge Inn has a miniature, yet exact replica of Stonehenge outside. You will find excellent advice on local sites to visit, the rooms and public areas all have amazing Stonehenge the memes artworks and outside provides a very safe space for young children to play, in a double decker bus converted to a playroom, and the all the glancing site Shepherds huts have magnificent views. The inn provides an excellent dining experience and convince stores Tesco and Sainsbury’s are both within a few mins walk from the site. Woodhenge and Durrington walls are yards away, and the Stonehenge monument itself is a few miles easy hiking from there along a beautiful, peaceful bridleway. I highly recommend this location as a place to stay whilst visiting the Stonehenge landscape.

Loved how quirky and unique the Shepherds Hut we stayed in was. We also have two children (aged 6 and 3 years) so the Fun Bus was a huge hit with both of them! All the staff we met were very friendly and approachable. The good at the pub was delicious.
The general cleanliness could have been better and I think the furniture within the accommodation could be more considered. There was a small fridge in the shepherds hut which wasn’t plugged in and you could tell hadn’t been used for a while; we opened the door and were met with the most horrendous smell. Would have been helpful to have been able to use this.

This was a lovely solo stay for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly, the hut itself was cute and cosy, with a fully built in toilet and warm shower. It was in a good location - Stonehenge just down the road which you can hike to in ~1 hour through the fields. I was warm the whole time - plug in radiator kept it warm all day and night. TV, lots of towels, good storage, table and chair. There are 4 shepherds huts and a train carriage, all arranged nicely. Dogs are welcome everywhere. I had a lovely meal in the pub too. I will definitely be staying again.
Not a complaint but something to be aware of - no cooking, crockery or food prep facilities, only a kettle with some tea, coffee, sugar, mugs, glasses and spoons. This wasn't an issue as I ate out for every meal.

It was a last-minute gateway night with my partner. We also took our little puppy with us, and he was treated exceptionally by the members of the staff and people visiting the place. We stayed at one of the shepherd's huts, and it was lovely. Bed and amenities in the hut were great. You have everything you need. For such a small charming place, the shower was quite spacious. We had dinner at the pub, which was very nice. I didn't expect the portions to be so generous, and even though we didn't finish everything, the gentleman in charge of the place offered us a takeaway box. I would highly recommend the place to anyone. It might not be one of those fancy 4/5 stars hotels, but it's definitely a lovely place with loads of charm to stay.

Myself and my daughter stayed in one of the shepherd's hut for one night. Very close to stonehenge the visitor's center and woodhenge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the stonehenge inn and it was delicious and the salad bar was free. The shepherd's hut was very basic but we wasn't expecting anything different. Bed was very comfortable and good tv channels. We left at 9 am without saying goodbye to the staff which I felt bad about😔😔 Would defo recommend to friends and family.

Room was terrific. Not fancy, just clean crisp sheets, extremely spacious, floorboarded room with a wonderfully large bathroom ensuite and excellent hot water. TV was well positioned and plenty of tea and coffee supplies. We didn’t need heating, due to afternoon sun, but in addition to the wall panel water heaters, there were 2 space heaters. Pub downstairs had a great selection of beers and ciders on tap.
Hotel meal deals were small portions. We ate our ‘bargain’ meal and had to go out and eat again elsewhere. If salad bar had been included, it would have been a satisfying meal, but alas, it wasn’t. We chose not to pay for buffet breakfast and headed into another town for an enormous breakfast for half the price.
