Casie & Ian welcomed us whole-heartedly into their stylish, light and airy modern home: a stunning conversion of a historical barn in a quiet, countryside location. These are super-attentive hosts who pull out all the stops. We appreciated a restful and restorative evening sunset in the garden after a long and challenging drive to the Westcountry. The room was cozy - stylish decor and spotlessly clean - as is the private bathroom across the corridor. The twin beds were comfortable and together with the quality bedlinen made for a very good sleep. A superb breakfast with quality local produce was served with flair ; - ) Casie's cooked breakfast such a treat! Not to mention the excellent freshly brewed organic coffee. UNSURPASSED! It does not get better than this! Thank you both.

We loved every aspect of our short over-night stay and are already planning a longer retrun visit ; - )

Beautiful building and room. The barn has been tastefully renovated. Comfortable bed, good amenities, and good shower, too. Everything was spotless. Great, friendly hosts who gave us tips on things to see and do in the area. We had delicious breakfasts too!

There is no option to lock the bedroom door from the outside when leaving for the day. Everything was fine, we just felt uneasy leaving the room unlocked. We had to be extra quiet in the room as sound travelled easily, but neither of these would stop us from staying again.

The B&B is in a beautiful converted barn in a quiet rural location. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Our bathroom was across the hallway but we knew that in advance and it was not an issue. The bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

We could hear the television in the room next door even though it was not played very loud. There is no access to the B&B between 11.00 and 17.00. In this case it was not an issue for us but might have been if the weather had been bad. To be fair, this was mentioned in the house rules but I only found out in the confirmation email after I had booked.

We had a brilliant stay at South Park Farm Barn. Ian and Casie were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was beautifully presented, large, spotlessly clean, had Sky TV, a generous welcome tray and with a spacious ensuite. Our breakfast was lovely, really large portions, locally sourced and of a really good quality. Also loved meeting their extended family especially Oscar !

There was nothing we didn't like.

SUBLIME. An exceptional home with gracious and attentive hosts. The converted home is designed to be 'passive'. The atmosphere calmed my allergies and I had a comfortable and long nights sleep. We were very warmly welcomed and our every need was met. I wholeheartedly recomend this home, a 'Grand Design' build , owned by kind, warm hearted people who have thought of everything to make a stay luxuriously comfortable.

I'm not one for leaving reviews, so the fact that i'm writing this speaks volumes... The dogs are great, the room was great, comfy bed with quality linen which i really appreciated. Good pillows too, which so often overlooked in so many places. Decent sized cups for tea & coffee with plenty of both supplied. You really are well looked after here. Breakfast was spot-on & just what I wanted and again the quality of the food/coffee was excellent. All-in all an excellent stay. Would happily stay there again and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a superb breakfast,made to our taste. The room and bathroom were super clean. Would gladly stay for longer!

Not that it was a downside to us, but the bathroom, although used exclusively by us, is outside the room. Nevertheless, it is just across the room door and we are provided with robes.

Amazingly good breakfast which set me up for the day. Ideal stopover location, I wanted somewhere close to the A303 so I could continue my journey easily the next morning. This met my needs completely.

Absolutely nothing that needed improvement. Every eventuality seemed to have been catered for. I'd be amazed to see any criticisms from any other visitor.

Casie and Ian are the most helpful and delightful hosts. Their redeveloped Barn is beautifully finished and looked after. Their freshly prepared breakfast was excellent and it is no wonder that they have many repeat guests. It is a place where one can feel at peace. A most enjoyable stay. And we must mention the quartet of beautiful Golden Retrievers.

it is a stunning property in a lovely location and so quiet!! the bedrooms are huge with a lovely cozy feel, great beds, and lovely en-suite bathroom. Ian and Casie are fantastic hosts and you can come and go as you please and they are lovely to talk to. the home cooked breakfast is fantastic! one of the best places we have stayed.
