Fantastic value for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay. Lovely leafy location but very convenient for the town centre. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a minor issue with the door handle to our room and it was fixed immediately. Can't fault the Best Western, they did a great job.

They only offer a continental breakfast, but for the price of the room (I paid one third of the price of the Premier Inn and Travelodge for two rooms for one night) I really can't complain!

The location was great we took advantage of the country walks. It was also close to shops and restaurants about 5 drive.

The room was basic and could do with an upgrade the shower although good it leaked onto the floor there was a musty smell in the room on arrival.And we could have done with a small fridge.

it was just a hotel room and I do not see why I need to write 2 or 3 sentences, are you going to pay for my time? I think not so this will be the last review I will write.

room ok but the air con did not work, I spent an hour playing with it and managed to get the fan to blow air which was better than nothing but not much.

Attractive breakfast room and good selection. Good to have a kettle and well-stocked tea/coffee. My room had a bath. Very quiet. Helpful, friendly staff

I had expected to eat there. It wasn't clear that this was not possible. The WC did not work well Wasn't sure if the room door was properly closed.

Very basic continental breakfast for £10. Cereal, croissants and toast. Instant porridge pots, though hot porridge could be ordered. No yogurt. Apples the only fruit on offer

Beautiful location that had real character. Lovely big rooms and very quiet . Also would like to mention the young lady who worked on reception who was very polite and attentive

Convenient location. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived and we could not turn off the heating. We reported the situation to reception and it was fixed very quickly

Nothing everything fine

Excellent value Hotel with ample parking. Most pleasant staff in 24/7 reception. Good bed, good shower, good sized room. All in all best western, Andover, far exceeded my expectations.

We didn't stay for breakfast, but everything else was perfect. Staff were friendly, room was lovely, everything we needed for an overnight stay. Thankyou x

Nice, helpful staff

Breakfast was poor, I have used the hotel on quite a few occasions and the breakfast was very much better, it was quite disappointing
