Warm welcome and service from Kuba. Location ideal for exploring the area. Room very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very large with both bath and walk- in shower. Cook breakfast included in the room price. Had a meal on the first night. My baked salmon was huge and cooked to perfection. Thanks to the chef for his efforts.

Minor improvement which may distract some people from the decor in the pub and the rooms - the carpet is cream on the stairs with all the heavy traffic up to the rooms it needs a clean and refitting in places.

A large clean room with comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. An excellent location in a pretty village and friendly hosts. A nice full english breakfast with tea/coffee and toast/cereal.

The breakfast time slot on a weekend was very limited, between 08.30 and 09.00 only. As checkout was 11.00 am, breakfast could be extended to say 10.00 am, allowing guests more time to rise on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

The Antelope was really excellent value for money. We were on a walking trip and it was the only place to stay in Upavon, but it was great. The host was lovely, couldn't have been more helpful. It is a no-frills place, but clean, and even though at the crossroads, was very quiet at night. A great place to stay, simple, comfortable and the food was great too.

The Antelope is a beautiful old building. The pub part is lovely, very homely and comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The food was great with a massive portion of cheesey chips for lunch and a fabulous full English breakfast. The village of Upavon is also beautiful.

Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Evening menu had something for everyone. Choice of wine a little limited, but perfectly Ok for a 3 star hotel. Staff were very friendly and the bedroom comfortable. Very good shower!

If I'm being picky, the bedroom windows didn't open properly, so the room was rather warm.

The staff were very friendly, and one went out of his way to help when we arrived late in the evening. We were very grateful. Breakfast (full English) was lovely, and there was a good selection. Bed was very comfy, and the rainfall shower was great. We had a really nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice food, friendly professional staff. Great value for money, warm room, tasty breakfast and dinner. Very nice welcoming atmosphere.

For me the bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable but partner felt it was fine. Also pub needs a bit of an update carpets etc.

We stayed here for one night. We had a friendly welcome and were shown to our room, which was spacious, comfortable and mostly clean (there were a couple of spots that could have used some more cleaning, but overall nothing major). The bathroom, like the room itself, was quite spacious and had a great shower. The bed was comfortable and the night was quiet despite being in the village center with the window wide open. There was a cooked English breakfast and a breakfast buffet in the morning, which were both good. We also had dinner at the Antelope too, and liked the food. The location was convenient, with a grocery store and post-office (combined) in the same street, as well as a bus stop and some nice historic architecture.

The Wifi in our room didn't work. We tried the lounge/dining room, and it didn't work there either, on any of our devices. This was inconvenient as we depended on Wifi to check routes, timetables etc. You can't order bottled water at the bar/restaurant. Only tab water.

As an old inn some of the floors and steps were a bit uneven, maybe some warning tiger tape on some steps? There was no grab bar in the shower and the shower did not have an anti-slip floor nor was there an anti-slip mat available. A safety feature to be looked at.

Beatiful old world inn in a peaceful location. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Food was top quality and reasonably priced. Add the very friendly and helpful staff to this and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thanks for a great stay.
