The Hotel, location was perfect. The room was extremly well decorated "boutique style" with good options of lighting. My personal opinion was the wardrobe and desk (nothing wrong with them), just did not suit the decor of the room, bed was extremly comfortable, bathroom fittings/fixtures very stylish, nice to have very good quality bathroom essentials at hand. Breakfast was excellent choice, surroundings very well maintained and decor stylish. Great food. A nice touch too in the very stylish courtyard, you can actually have full view of the kitchen/chefs, Kitchen was extremly clean/well presented throughout. All in all a very pleasant well maintained hotel, staff effecient/pleasant.

As said, not a dislike, only personal opinion, Wardrobe/desk did not suit decor of the room (109).

Room was a good size, lounge where we ate was nice and comfortable. Good position for the hotel. Friendly staff. Food was very tasty . Hot sandwich at the evening meal was very nice. Everyone was very friendly to our little dog. Bed was very comfy. Nice that there was a fan in the room as it was very warm inside and being on the ground floor couldn't really have the window open

Bathroom inside door was dirty. Lounge bar floor under tables were dirty. Main meal burger was way too expensive for what you ended up with. The menu should have a time on it to which section is available at what time. We had the hot sandwich at night but he wasn't sure if they were serving it but it didn't say anything on the menu as to when it's available

I had a spacious and well equipped room. The location was hard to beat if you want to be in the centre of things. Breakfast was fine and there was plenty of communal area in the pub below. It has some historical interest.

Too hot at night. Unfortunately the window could be opened only a few inches at the bottom, as it was fitted with restrictors. The room became overheated and no alternative way of venting the hot air had been installed. Also, if you needed milk for coffee you were invited to go down to reception and collect a jug of fresh milk. But there are circumstances when it's more convenient to have those little pots of UHT milk - as well.

Super staff. Good facilities. A lovely big bath and shower. Plenty of hot water. Room was a little dark as there was an adjoining roof directly outside the window. The bed was comfortable but there was a large table type thing next to it which made getting in and out a bit awkward. Arrived by pushbike and they were very helpful in providing safe and secure storage for them. A little expensive but it was full and I understand supply and demand. I had the choice! I'd definitely use The Three Swans again if I was staying in Hungerford.

Primarily the table beside the bed but it wasn't a big deal.

All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and approachable. The breakfast had a good selection for Continental and cooked food. Our room (116) had air conditioning which was a bonus as in the middle of a heatwave. Loved the accessories in the bathroom, great smelling items.

The comfy chairs in the lounge area where we had morning coffee and evening drinks were all very stained & marked, they could do with a good clean. It was a bit off putting to be honest. We noticed from the drinks tarriff, if you ordered a Gin & Tonic it was one pricwe but if you ordered a Gin and then a tonic seperately it was a lot cheaper! Not the hotels fault but will bring it to the attention of The Coaching Inn Group.

Breakfast: Excellent choice, well presented and very good quality. Dinner: Same again, a good choice at good value for money, well presented and served. Room: Bath plug was stuck with water in bath, so couldn't really have a bath or shower in case of overflow. (Reported to reception on departure). Bath room could do with a toilet brush, otherwise very good. Nice size bed and room, facilities as expected otherwise.

Parking arrangements should be added to the website in a prominent position. There were instructions, but these aappeared to be out of date and was slightly inconvenient.

smart, clean rooms, good location, nice breakfast

the manner of the waitress at Breakfast - short, curt and stressed. I spoke with hotel reception at the time of making my booking and discussed my specific dietary requirements (simple cooked porridge for breakfast) to which the hotel staff confirmed would not be a problem. However, when I arrived for breakfast and asked for porridge I was pointd to the container with uncooked oats on the side board and told that porridge was not possible. Everything appeared too much trouble for the lady serving on her own. We spent three days and each day was the same attitude by the individual. Sad.

I stayed here for 1 week and as soon as I arrived the whole team were so kind and friendly. The hotel was warm and cosy and everything I needed for this trip. The room had a heater I could choose to have on and how warm/cool etc. I had breakfast everyday and tried various options which were all wonderful! Nothing beats being welcomed with a large pot of tea at 7am :D I had a few dinners here also, which were also delicious. I highly recommend the Pie of the Day. I would absolutely make this my number one place to stay in the area!

This was a return visit as we had enjoyed our previous stay. The room was lovely with fabulously high ceilings and lots of little extras like toiletries and a duck to play with in the bath! I can only imagine how many of these get taken. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel, all were great. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast as it was a sensible size and not overwhelming with lots of choice. The satff were super helpful and explained the menu, which was adapted to cater for gluten free. We will would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Everything was great

I was welcomed when I arrived which was just a little late for ordering a meal but they still put through an order for me. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great, evening meal good value and delicious. I have stayed many times at the Three Swans and never been disappointed.

The room was clean and the carpet hoovered but there were a couple of dodgy looking old stains so maybe the carpets could do with a clean at some point. It didn't affect my stay though.
