Everything was excellent. Even the Wi-Fi worked spot on. We had problems with door entry and access cards, but these were immediately attended to by the on site manager, who made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The air-con was superb and was a greatly appreciated in a hot July. Parking is safe immediately outside the premises, and opposite the local police station! The adjacent bar restaurant provides superb evening meals and breakfasts and the nearby store and petrol station mean that everything is available at your fingertips. If you have time to take in the nearby scenery, it is well worth spending a few hours in the nearby mountains of Urbasa.

Just a convenient location to cut our long trip in half. We were hoping to recharge the car before going to bed, but the charger was 50km further. The hotel was simple but had everything necessary. We ran into the manager who was very helpful and friendly (the hotel has automated check-in, but we didn't have to use it). There is a pretty cool little cafe downstairs, and a nice size supermarket just around the corner. Our car was basically parked in the supermarket parking lot (uncovered).

Perfect location for those headed from Madrid to Pamplona, its right on route before Pamplona. Completely clean. Super simple check in with an automated machine allowing you to check in at any time. Parking right on site for free. Air conditioning works well. Late check out is nice at 12:00pm. Has an elevator. Has a little area for eating and a coffee machine. Spacious room and bathroom. Room has a table, chairs, and fridge. Close to the centre of the town its located in and right beside a grocery store.

Quite a large room, with a fridge. VERY comfortable matress. MW in the hall, a large supermarket around the corner. Fully automated check-in. Did not work at first (my reservation number was unrecognized) but finally it did.

The room keycard was necessary to make the light work. Unfortunately there was something wrong with its docking station and I had to insert it numerous times to make it work. A kettle in the room would be a nice touch.

Functional, operating well thanks to hardworking housekeepers. Rest of staff working from home. Handy microwave in reception to heat picnics & ready cooked.

Usual incoherent keyboard sequence for checkin on stormy winter night. 2 key cards needed 1 for room lighting & other for front & room door. Getting 2nd key needed to reenter confirmation numbers, & then failed, luckily mobile telephone call to WFH receptionist issued 2nd.

Very good location. Easy motorway access. We were heading down from France. Access was by automatic machine. ( they send a code via booking.com message day before Just remember the room key is also used for Hotel entry door. We got confused by the finger print button in the adjacent door so when that didn’t work saw the other door had the slot for the Hotel door. My excuse was that it was dark. Easy to find and park your car. Cheap filling station for fuel just opposite, excellent price 1.499 per litre. Euro ( France was around 1.95 euro) we got through most of France , from Cherbourg on fill up at Portsmouth.

Nothing really , great just for overnight.

Room adequate, check in machine is straight forward, parking is right outside the entrance.

Bathroom don’t has exhaust fan, room will be steamed after bath.(I later found out that not a lot of hotels at this price range in Spain don’t have exhaust fans)

Amazing value for money. We expected so much less for the price (and from the look of it outside), but it was clean, beds were comfy, location was amazing for visiting every day different city (Pamplona, Bilbao, San Sebastian). Can recommend if you're looking for no frill accommodation in the middle of everything

The room had everything we need including a tv and fridge. It’s was a good stop off point to break our journey.

The bedding was too small for the bed. The bottom sheet came off straight away and the top sheet was not big enough to cover us both

Convenient for an overnight stop on the way, really close to the highway. Easy check in, everything close by, supermarket with bakery, gas station. Nice and quiet.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.
