Reception is up off the street at the end of either an industrial estate or the last of the village depending which way you come, and up two flights of stairs. There is a lift. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. There is free tea and coffee making facilities; you get a complimentary coffee capsule. There are lots of tea bags. A microwave. A kettle is excellent. Downstairs there is a taberna (Floor 1) never open. Bedroom is big and bright and clean. Patio doors to a private balcony. Two single beds when a double would have been nice. Bedside cabinet in the middle. Mirror wardrobes. A fold down table. Single bed and bedding OK/good. Air conditioning was good. Shower room is big and long. Toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. Single headed shower works well. Plenty of hot water. Good towels. Outside is your private balcony and a small stone bench and table. District is not particularly attractive, but, quiet and friendly. Bars, shops etc

Complaints. The balcony hadn’t been swept in weeks. I swept it; the receptionist did offer. It once had plastic grass on it. Bits remain where it was torn up and are unsightly, but. The shower is dark. It needs a light above. No hand soap. No bar, no breakfast.

Just a 30 minute drive into San Sebastián The village itself is beautiful surrounded in beautiful countryside The rooms are clean Ignore the comments about the industrial unit as just look beyond it as the village is beautiful

The shower could be bigger.. it’s a massive bathroom .. with a very tight shower cubicle

Really friendly staff, they are not great with the English language but make up for it by really trying to understand you and doing everything they can to help. The breakfast is really good, they ask in advance at what time you want to eat and they are precise on the minute with preparing the breakfast. Also a great check out time (11.00( which ensures waking up relaxed

Nothing really, a great stay is guaranteed. Only in the surrounding area there is a bit of a lack of restaurants, but one or two villages further down the road there are plenty of options

Very easy to find and park around. Nice and spacious room that was clean. We even had two small capsules of coffee to uso in a machine outside, where there’s also a micro wave. Also could easily check-in even when the reception was closed (arriving after 8PM).

Had to climb the stairs (two floors) because the elevator self-checkin version didn’t work, nothing too dramatic.

Host was extremely friendly and helpful Shop , literally underneath hotel Bars and restaurants just round the corner who was also friendly and helpful for us

Only thing was that the postcode didn’t take us to exactly where the hotel was but it was literally 50 metres away from

Walls very thin. People next door banging doors and drawers till 23.00 no one on reception to tell also no one there in the morning. Code on doors and lift didn’t work to well

The location was on the outskirts of a lovely little town deep in the Basque Country, it was an overnight stay while on a road trip! When we arrived, it was near an industrial estate and the outside does not look great but don't be put off by initial appearances! We had a lovely little room with character and were close to the town centre, a perfect base for exploring

When we arrived there was nobody there to receive us, maybe a note making it clear that during certain hours you need to phone to reception and someone will come and meet you. It was initially a bit worrying that we couldn't get in! The staff were very helpful and arrived within a short period.

Big room, big shower room, balcony with excellent views on the mountains. Everything impeccably clean. Supermarket right under the hostel. Good wifi, plenty of parking space near the hostel.

Bed sheets were a bit rough

Spacious room, good bathroom, nice view via balcony and perfect wifi. Very friendly empolyees !

Not quickly found, the front looks like an office but once inside on the top floor where "in" the roof are the rooms, it is enjoyment!

simple, basics all in order. clean, spacious, comfy beds(but we know beds comfort is highly subjective and personal)…right next to a small supermarket/convenience shop.

the property was absolutely fine, all I can say is the directions to get there were not so good. look at the map on the app to locate it. don’t just press the ´get directions’ button or you risk being directed to the very top of a nearby mountain.
