Probably the architectonically most interesting hotel in Donostia (in case you like industrialism and minimalism), adapted from an old factory building. On the outskirts of the city, but perfectly within reach. Astigarraga is one of the world's cider capitals, with plenty of places to get amazing cider. The hotel staff are very nice people. Overall good quality to price ratio.

The space gets extremely warmed up by sun through the tin roof during the day, you need to cool down your room with AC, which is not too ecological. Also, the sound insulation of the walls is far from perfect, I've been woken up several times by people talking/shouting/doing things in adjacent rooms. The place is popular and usually packed, if you arrive after 7pm, all parking spots will be taken, and it is actually not that easy to find a place nearby to leave your car overnight.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and always ready to help. We had a small issue with the bathroom, and they fixed it right away. The underground garage was perfect for parking our motorcycle safely. In the lobby, there are vending machines with snacks and drinks at great prices. You can grab a Coca-Cola for just 1 EUR or water for even less. They also offer toast, sweet and salty snacks, sandwiches, and other quick bites. The air conditioning worked great for both heating and cooling. There was a large Smart TV, and everything was peaceful and quiet. It’s a comfortable place that I would definitely recommend.

Unusual setup situated on the top two floors of a warehouse/industrial units, but it worked really well. The room was a good size, very clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower/bathroom. AC worked well as did the bathroom heater (odd to need both but it was hot when we arrived and a lot cooler later). All the staff were very helpful. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast was a little basic, coffee, orange juice and either muffins or toast, but it seemed to work. Excellent secure bicycle storage.

Would have been nice to have drink making facilities in the room. There are only vending machines for food and drinks, so we had to go out - still it made us explore the local area, which is no bad thing.

Now this is the place, that surprises you in the best possible way. From the outside... Well, it doesn't look good. But then you take a lift upstairs and you're in a different world. The interiors are modern, but decorated with taste. There's a lot of space, kitchen, restaurant - everything very modern and efficient. My room had a small kitchen as well and a huge smart TV. The rooms are quiet so you can get nice rest. There are a lot of parking spaces and if you're lucky you can find a space under the roof (especially important for motorcycles).

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a large TV and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Everything was in good condition and worked as expected. The hotel is located in what seems to be a converted warehouse or former industrial building, which gives it a slightly unusual atmosphere.

The only real downside was the parking. There were very few available spaces.

The beds were comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful with questions and water from the tap was good! Overall the hotel itself inside was pretty good, including the bathroom - had a spacious shower and blue led lights.

However, the location was really sketchy, when we arrived we didn't know where the hotel was - it looked like a warehouse. The hotel was also very expensive for the value, so overall not the best.

The room was fine, but the elevator was not working, that was unlucky. The position is ok to visit San Sebastian by car, or one can use a bus which stops nearby. We used the car and found a spot in an inexpensive garage in the center. The parking was quite full, but we managed to find a spot. Overall a good experience. Peaceful at night.

The room was spacious and clean bathroom was spacious too. Staff were helpful and there was alot of space in the place. A small breakfast room some games like table football.

WiFi didn't work in my room. left my room to use it. I was travelling alot so was running out of data so it's minor to me usually but in that part of the trip it was more of an issue than normal.

We appreciated it as a convenient location for a intermediate stop, in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice staff.

The exterior is not "hotel like", but it's very nice on the inside. Parking available but very confused, instructions unclear. Air conditioning was pointed directly on the people that slept on the sofa. Persistent blue light in the bathroom.

The place itself is cool as it has different rooms built into an old warehouse. It has a spacious gym with all the equipment needed and a canteen + vending machines. The TV remote in our room didn't have batteries but the receptionist helped us very kindly with a new remote. We wish we could have stayed longer.
