We had a wonderful stay! The staff was welcoming and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The location is perfect, close to everything. We would definitely come back!

Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times. The pillows were too firm for our taste – maybe offering a few options would be nice. More variety in the breakfast, especially for guests with dietary restrictions, would be appreciated, like vegans and or halal foods Still, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from an otherwise lovely experience. Very clean, ample rooms with high flow hot water walk-in showers, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, nice cafeteria open till late. Lots of free parking spaces with a 15 minutes drive to the centre of San Sebastián old town. The hotel is located very close to the highway so its easy to go to San Sebastián, Pamplona and Bilbao, yet the rooms and dinning room are quiet.

It is not a fancy hotel. No views, staff efficient and polite but not trying to help with orientation, restaurants and so on. Good value for money, anyhow.

The building and furniture is modern. Our room had a nice balcony. The breakfast was excellent, and it is served even until 11:00 am. Due to CrowsStrike IT outage, we were arriving late but the hotel accepted our request for a late check in with no issues. Parking is free and there were enough free parking spaces.

What bothered us the most was the early morning noise coming from outside due to the early delivery and disposal of glass waste. We found no reason to leave delivery truck running under the window for 30 minutes. The coffee was not tasty. Housekeeping and reception were asking us continuously when we will leave our room, even hours before the check out time. Mold deposits in the bathroom in the ventilation duct.

After a very long car drive we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located hotel outside the city center when on route. The staff was nice and helpful with anything we needed. The room was extremely clean, spacious, with a minibar (always useful when traveling if you have the need to refrigerate something) and with AC. The free parking a plus. Would return and recommend it!

On site EV charger not operated by the hotel. You need to download the proprietary app and prices are not at all appealing if you do not own a Porsche electric car.

Located on outskirts of San Sebastian its very convenient to access highway and get into Dan Sebastian in a few minutes. Our room was large bathroom and shower were good. Hotel has a restaurant on premises where you can get a snack or complete meal and food was very good. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. Our second time here. We will surely be back.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We have stayed here before and it was just as good . Lovely big room , really comfortable bed and good pillows and quality of sheets. Lots of parking and felt safe . Pretty little village .

We had dinner last time we stayed and it was so good we really looked forward to eating again . Unfortunately the food was terrible and we had exactly the same food as before. Maybe a bad day !

Superb hotel with comfortable beds, great breakfast and very good restaurant. Even though it is close to the highway, we enjoyed walking in the area and to the nearby town and train station.

If you don’t like walking, you may need your own car or take a taxi to get directly to the place.

We got a very spacious room with view towards the hills/mountains. Very quite. Well heated. Very helpfyl/friendly staff. There was a small fridge and coffee machine which was great.

The smell of desintectant after the cleaning of the room.

Very easy to find and convenient location a few hundred meters from the motorway. Room 205 was large and very good value for the price which included a good breakfast Spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and most spoke some English

Can't be helped as its on the edge of a substantial industrial estate with heavy trucks moving all night. Noise wasn't too bad but noticeable. The bar/ restaurant was quite nicely run but seemed to serve as the local café for the industrial estate making it busy and very loud at times.

Good location, comfy beds, a clean room and there is a nice restaurant next to the lobby where you can order some beverages and some food.

Twice, my room have been entered by someone unknown while I was in the room. I don't understand how can they enter my room with their key card?? Reception needs to be more vigilant when issuing guests with their room key cards.
