very thing was perfect especially staff is very helpful view from the hotel was mind-blowing. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The he hosts were very friendly and helpful, totally impressed with the ambiance and the customer service. The size of the rooms is quite ok. We had a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were wonderful, accommodative, and friendly. The view was fabulous the staff were the best thing about our stay. Beautiful location - amazing view, fresh air, silence and lot of green everywhere. This is place where you can truly relax.

Hotel was good. We enjoyed our stay. Room was spatious and comfortable. Gyeser, AC, Electric kettle are in good condition. At main gate security man is very helpful with good behaviour. Restaurant is very good. Quality food at reasonable rate with a good ambience. Room was neat and clean at the time of check in

Reception staffs were not coperative. They were inefficient and careless. On second day of our stay room was not cleaned properly, bed sheets were not changed. There was frequently power failure due to some internal problem which could not be solved by reception person after repeated telling.

Friendly staff

Breakfast could be improved, eg with fresh fruit and juices. Do not start construction work at 07:00 AM.

Very well maintained and clean property for the price. Worth every penny spent in this property, if room heater is provided it will fulfil 10 rating in all aspects The quality of food and the restaurant setting was up to the mark. Clean and spacious rooms, neat beds, well ventilated rooms. Wonderful breakfast with great variety. Close to Katpadi railway station. Well connected to most of the attractions in Vellore.

AC was cooling the room but not cold enough even at 16degC. Tariffs were raised because of VIT University's interview during the same week, this is not right. Let's not be greedy and loot parents/students who are visiting Vellore for admission counseling/interviews. Rest of the year, the pricing is just right.

Such a lovely place! We had a great time here. The people are so nice and took great care of us. We had an amazing with Uma the food was also very good. In the morning, we could enjoy the breakfast on the balcony with some nice views, well maintained and the view from the property is excellent. All the staff were very good which made our stay comfortable Early check in also without payment tanks for helping to day recaption person will come regularly Kingsbury Hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. They agreed to attend to our luggage for a few hours after checkout. The room was spacious and clean, with appliances working perfectly. The bed was large and sufficient for two people. Warm lights were a bonus.

The shower did not have enough water-head for it to work. We used the bucket and mug for our bath. It is not a problem for us, but other guests might have an issue with it.

There is policy of No smoking, no alcohol and no unmarried couples makes the place best suited for family stays and vibes of the place remains very positive and peaceful. Nice rooms good sleeping very compatible bed Entire property was super clean. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the option for a nice dinner on order. The owner also provided helpful guidance on what to see around Katpadi, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
