Jane was really friendly and welcoming. We went in summer which was the off season so not everything in the towns were open but Jane knew where we should go that was open so we didn’t waste time looking. She also spent a lot of time helping me understand gems and fossicking etc… the unit was lovely and clean and everything needed. The units were secure and we couldn’t ask for anything else.

It's a fantastic location just outside Rubyvale. It was incredible to have the wildlife come right up to the front door. Had feeding wild wallabies and lorikeets was very special. Jane was very knowledgeable on the local area and on sapphires, which was very helpful. Would recommend this motel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in the gem fields.

The room was great and very spacious. Bed was so comfy. Spa bath after a day of fossicking was heaven. Jane was lovely to deal with and so friendly and helpful. Their Jewellery shop on site is beautiful with great sapphire set jewellery. Beautiful and peaceful setting and just out of the town lights to see the beautiful night sky. Would recommend you to stay. Room comes with a small kitchenette and good size fridge with microwave, jug and cutlery with salt and pepper. And a mini bar and eats to purchase.

Only thing I would have like was a bit thicker and firmer pillow.

There's very little I could say that is negative. Jane and Michael were exceedingly friendly, they gave recommendations for things to do in town, and whenever I had an issue, they went out of their way to assist. The facilities were lovely, the unit I stayed in was spacious, clean, and with working utilities, and the motel was quite close to anything you might want to do on the Gemfields.

Literally, the only complaint I could have (which was not the fault of Jane or Michael) is that the pool was extremely cold! Oh well, can't have everything!

It was clean, quiet and had everything in the apartment. The rooms were a good size. The bed sheets was a bit hard but nice and white. There is a lovely pool which was nice for cooling down and they supplied pool towels which was nice. There was clothes washing facilities in apartment. They had a few items that you could purchase if needed which was good.

They had camel coloured towels, would prefer white. There wasn’t enough hangers in wardrobe. There wasn’t any large plates and no bowls either. The tumble dryer was out of order so we couldn’t go in pool on last day as we were leaving early in morning and our swimming stuff might not be dry to put in our cases.

From the moment I drove I thought wow. The setting is beautiful and peaceful with friendly wallabies. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful...not to mention the beautiful sapphire jewellery they make and sell. The rooms are large and have it all, including a spa and Robert Timms coffee.

Absolutely incredible accommodation, beautiful grounds, very quiet and secluded but close to town. Very friendly staff and extremely clean. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be staying there again when we are in Rubyvale

I loved everything.

No breakfast available. Super staff - very pleasant lady who cleans rooms (superbly!). Office staff could not be more helpful, contacted us five times when I left my medication behind. Excellent restful stay.

Beautiful quiet location only a few minutes drive away from the chaos of the gem fields - spacious unit undercover carport large spa bath comfortable bed & furnishings with patio & outdoor sitting area - very relaxing !

A great place to relax, a credit to Jane and Michael for what they have built, only 8/9 units in 3 blocks separated away from each other Wild life is friendly, gardens are great Highly recommend more than 2 day stays
