The staff who checked me and my kids in was so accommodating. He even upgraded our room as we travelled for 9+ hours from Tully to Emerald and checked in late at night saying that looks like we need a good sleep before we continued our travel the next morning for another 7hrs to get home. His help was really appreciated and also directing us to where to get food from late at night and how ro get to the car park. It was nice to see awesome staff like him. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Thank you so much for all the help and kindness ❤️

Everything was perfect.

It was a very pleasant stay, clean and very good sleep. Central so everywhere was just out the door also lovely to go for evening walk, the food was excellent and staff was the same. Did Emerald proud I would say and made me feel at home, wouldn't hesitate in going back for another stay ☺️🤞

I travel a lot and the bed in the room was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Including my own bed! The person working the reception was lovely and made me instantly feel at ease. The outside of the hotel is deceptive as the inside is modern and the rooms were quiet to spite being in the middle of a busy area.

The door in our room would get stuck when we opened it and was really loud when you opened and closed it. I was worried about our neighbours having to listen to it.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and especially the comfort of that perfect soft mattress. I have nerve pain in my back, so to lie on a hard mattress is virtually impossible for a good night sleep. This spongy soft memory foam mattress cushioned around my spine and I had no pain, this virtually gave me the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time, wish I knew the name of the mattress ❤️

The bistro took so long for a meal and there were only 3 tables being served, we waited for 45 minutes for our meal, I was so tired of waiting because of our long travel. I asked if I can take it back to my room, they said it’s $2 for the container, not even free considering how long they took, and we were so tired from our trip of 13 hours that day, I couldn’t argue, and had another 13 hour drive home tomorrow. meals came out at 9:15pm, we came in an ordered at 8:15pm, but ordered at 8:25pm, a staff member told us we had to order with a Q code, but no one told us, till 10 minutes past, trying to find staff for help, how to order food.

Location was great. Didn’t have to leave property as there was a bistro and bar facilities. Clean room and comfortable bed

Small car parks and rooms were close to smoking area. Was warned by staff that could get noisy as it was shift change over for mines. Just to call if they were too loud. But didn’t hear a thing.

Hi, Stayed in room 5. Found it strange fridge in bathroom but then realized it leaked. Also hand basin taps both leak the hot tap was that tightly closed I had to get a passing male to turn it on and he even struggled with it.

Friendly helpful staff, convenient location and we enjoyed a great meal in the bistro.

There was only 1 chair for 2 people. Bed was a little soft for my liking but generally ok. We had a little trouble finding reception as it was not marked at the front of the hotel. We had to go to the bar and be directed back to the bistro where we met by a staff member.

The receptionist was an amazing guy. We arrived late and he had no complaints, welcomed us and showed us around before leaving us at the room. Would recommend the place as it was nice and tidy, comfortable and was good value for money.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

This was our return stay after the first, 3 weeks previous. The Airconditioning in this room was much improved, i.e. little quieter than the first stay but still struggled to keep the room cool. I imagine in the heat of summer it would not keep up and when you are travelling, a good night sleep is essential for the trip to be considered relaxing.

Rooms are clean and tidy, just a little outdated, but ok for price

Tv needs updating as netflix doesn't work, smart tv Fridge is too tiny if you want to put food and drinks in it No microwave or toaster
