Our stay at Palms was fantastic! We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in right away. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and chair were both very comfortable, making it easy to relax. Parking was easy and undercover, conveniently close to our room. Despite the chilly weather from recent rain, we still enjoyed a swim in the little pool—it was a great feature, and the atmosphere around it was lovely. We did have to ask for it to be unlocked, but that wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

The only small downside was that we missed that breakfast was order-only, so we initially went to the restaurant expecting a sit-down meal. It was our mistake, and now we know for next time! This wasn’t a reflection of the motel at all, just something we overlooked. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The welcome was very friendly & helpful. The facilities were clean and well-kept. The separate walled-off patio area at the back was particularly relaxing and pleasant. The path & gateway to the restaurant next-door was particularly helpful. Location is also convenient to shops and other facilities.

Amasing unit, has everything you need including some condiments. Restaurant next door charges to ypur room.. was an amasing meal and dessert!! Great staff, didn't have time to use the pool but secure and lovely.. heaps of parking and opp shopping centre.

Leaving 🤔🤣🤣 only glitch was the restaurant had air con on 17 degrees..freezing!

Location and clean

Room service plates were not collected for the room next door. Local dogs helped themselves at 2am making quite the noise until the guest next door put them away.

No utensils to eat food we bought and no microwave as advertised in the room description so we wasted food and had to go out for dinner.

It was a very nice clean and modern room, with a very comfortable bed. We were able to walk to the hotel nearby to eat and there was a restaurant next door.

Staff gracious and friendly. Close to restaurants and local stores. Easy parking. Family of 6 across interconnecting rooms, utilised courtyards to rooms and pool. Mod-cons, very clean, tv, fridge, spacious enough. Shower small for hubby, tall and broad man, but the rest of us were fine.
