We have stayed at this accommodation 3 times before. We love coming back as it has all the facilities needed to stay for more than a day or 2. We can do our washing. Do some cooking. Every room has its own on-suite, so it's perfect for couples and family. It's out of town in a suburb, so it's really quiet. Shops close enough for essentials. This us our preferred accommodation in Emerald. Reception staff is lovely and professional and eager to help.

The key deposit took 5 days to get paid back into my account. Receptionist was lovely and helpful though.

We loved that we had our own car port, it was like a weekend house, very comfortable and very close to our appointments. Very modern and clean. Pleasant stay all around, staff was very kind to put our key in a box for us as we arrived after 7pm. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing we didn't like was signage, maybe a bigger sign out the front to show were the villas are.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. Really clean, had everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. Bed was super comfy and the area is very quiet, and only a couple of minutes drive away from shops.

The only minor thing was identifying the property in the first instance, as we weren’t aware it was a direct hotel property. The “Rivergum Villas” part of the sign is a little overgrown with the garden.

Very comfortable bed. Great air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Washing machine and option of using the dryer or outside clothesline. Secure undercover parking with direct access to unit.

Oven and grill trays needed cleaning, were greasy and smelly. The rest of the unit was very clean.

Modern villa. Dishwasher washing machine 2 bathrooms spotlessly clean garden with outdoor furniture. Friendly and efficient check in check out by manager. Very comfortable all round. Highly recommended

It’s not walking distance of any pub’s restaurant but only 5 min drive to town

Fantastic location for a week's holiday. Very relaxed and all of the necessary items are on hand.

The location is 'out of town' and while the courtesy bus to 'the local' made it very usable, it is not convenient if you have things to do in town.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities. Very spacious. Very comfortable.

Phone reception was an issue, particularly as I was travelling for work. Internet access was also an issue.

Perfect apartment to relax after a long drive. Restaurants were a short drive away, but if you were keen to cook, the kitchen was fully equipped. Wish we had time to enjoy the lovely little courtyard. Will stay here again when next in Emerald.

Two bedroom unit was spacious and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, great shower pressure, and a very quiet area.

The couches were not very comfortable.

The location is gorgeous and the staff are fabulous. We stayed 2 1/2 weeks and we felt so looked after. They helped with local information and the apartment service was fantastic . Special shout out to Rebekah and Christie.
