Location, cost, quick and easy booking capacity, comfortable, clean.

Was a little hard to get service to check in, but all worked out okay, staff were busy which is a good thing as it means services are getting done.

Arrived outside office hours but had a message as to where the key would be, awesome. System works !

The TV speaker was terrible and very distorted at any volume. Ended up watching the footy in silence.

The host were amazing helpful and thoughtful Clean and tidy fresh room staff were lovely 🥰 Would recommend any travelling situation whether short stay or a wknd.

After initially getting a room that was not what we requested, the staff went over and above to accommodate us. Really please with their professionalism and curtesy.

Room was a little unclean (cobwebs on ceiling) but overall, it was clean.

Wasn't aware that my room was located on second (top) floor...And as there was no lift, much of my luggage (like breakfast cereals and additives (for the same) couldn't be taken up the stairs.

Bed was very comfortable and good location. Easy late check in/early departure.

Room was very outdated and TV was tiny. Bed was super comfortable but no locks on wheels so rolled across the room when I hopped in.

Great for long or short stay comfortable, great strong shower , complimentary tea coffee and comfortable

There was nothing that we didn't like

I stayed for a very long time for work. I stayed in more than 10 motels in the last 3 months in QLD. I have never seen a hotel as clean and caring as this one.

Such a beautiful clean spacious room. Will definitely come back again.

Centre of town. Great staff. Very clean

After staying at similar properties it is very old and a bit cramped, on the high side price wise too in comparison
