The facilities are nice and clean and modern. The coffee machine was a very nice touch! Also the fact that you have the option to switch off the outside light to make it as dark as possible for a good night's sleep.

The beds was slightly on the too soft for me, which is a personal preference for me, not saying anything on the comfort overall.

That after we booked and Paid a week later received the p[aid invoice and on each room a further $25 was added for cleaning, we were not told about this and as we arrived later and left at 6am in ther morning the room were left tidy. We should be told that they are going to charge extra $25 a room.

Everything, management was wonderful and helpful. Loved the smoking table outside door, very handy when you have kids and your a single parent. I stayed at 2 other places in Emerald and this by far the best. Very clean and comfortable …

There is absolutely nothing

A clean, modern motel with a comfy firm bed, on site laundry and helpful management. Tourist Info site is across the road, and shops & restaurants not far away

Lighting, either you open the blind for anyone walking past to look at you, or turn on the room light and be dazzled by the brightness. It needs some subtle lighting, and/or a kitchenette light would be good.

After an 11 hour drive, we were delighted with our spacious, spotlessly clean room which featured all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay. Emerald Park Motel exceeded our expectations and we'll certainly stay here again when next visiting Emerald.

The main entrance was easily accessible from the main road with plenty of parking spaces. Location is only a 2 minute drive from the city centre - very convenient to shops and fuel stations. Very friendly and helpful service. We went during the time it got flooded, so it was quite scary during our stay, but got plenty of advice and help from the wonderful staff. There were a generous amount of amenities in the room that made it quite pleasant, as well as the furniture that created a cosy and heartfelt stay. Not to mention the beautiful bathroom that topped it off.

Location was ideal, quiet despite on main road. The rooms were well laid out and so clean. The owners had thought of small details that made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

The Staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was great, really close to town. The room was very clean and modern. It was a very nice stay, and I would definitely stay there again.

We had stayed here a few times prior - great position

Stayed on the time of the late Queens public holiday and we had never experienced smokers outside the rooms before. Although they were doing as requested and smoking outside the rooms some still drifts under doors. Perhaps an area further away from the units should be a designated smoking area

Best room experienced on our road trip! Very clean, very well kept and comfortable. Lots of nice extras like a suede reclining swivel chair, coffee machine, hot chocolate sachet etc

All pillows were the same and too high for us. Perhaps include two flatter pillows?
