The location was close to everything. The host is really responsive and nice. The room was nice and cool which is a relief from the heat and a 5hr drive plus fossicking for sapphires.

The stairs at the entrance makes the property a bit hard to get into especially when I am travelling with my kid and also elders. And lots of suitcases to unload for the night. But overall it is still achievable.

Unable to use the laundry facilities, and could not get anyone to assist with the reason why money had been put into the washer but it would not work. We tried twice using $8 in total but could not get the machine to work. We then tried to phone the designated contact number but it was out of hours.

It was lovely and roomy and clean and it had a good kitchenette.

Couldn't get You Tube or Netflix going. Needs SIMPLE instructions on how to get it going on the TV Also would have been nice to have a small milk in Fridge to have a coffee first thing in the morning but otherwise all good

Great location , walking distance to the shopping centre , easy parking. Wonderful communication with the host , easy check ins , well equipped cozy spacious apartments, comfortable beds ! Highly recommend this hotel !

Room was clean and very comfortable with all adequate facilities

It's a pity there was no lift for the apartment. After a day of driving it was a pity we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to our room. Not good for an 82 year old with a heart condition.

Very comfortable, great self-contained unit. Lovely view of the golf course.

I had a bit of trouble with the keypad but after ringing the company, I was immediately helped, and I had no trouble after that. It was also a bit noisy as I had children next door and it is not soundproof. This was not a dealbreaker though.

Spacious, clean , comfortable units near the shopping centre , easy parking . Excellent communication with the host ! Highly recommend this accommodation! I will stay here again !

Entry is unappealing. First floor, no lift. An "Executive Apartment" does need a coffee machine.

The location was central, so was great.

The towels were stained. Everything was clean just dated linen. Great place tho just needed a deep clean.
