The motel was clean and had everything we needed. Its central location made it easy to find, and the nearby pub served great food. The pub staff was helpful with the after-hours check-in, which was a smooth process.

Communication was only possible through Booking.com, and the reception hours listed both online and in the room/at reception were outdated. We didn’t meet anyone from the motel in person, and the bill was sent via email, which caused some confusion at check-out. Additionally, no one was reachable by phone to resolve the issue. In the end all worked out :)

Staff and facilities were great, being right near the pub for meals and play area for the kids. Also an onsite restaurant that looked nice. Right across the road is a convenient store.

Nothing really I didn't like, if I was being picky the shower overflowed to the tiles if the water pressure was too high when the kids were showering and possibly a bit more cutlery, but overall a great experience.

Great staff and great location. The bistro on the property was awesome and took the stress away from finding meals in town. Close to a large shopping centre which is always handy. The staff were also amazing and went above and beyond to help look for my daughters lost comforter teddy.

The staff at Reception, Tavern and Restaurant were very friendly. All 3 places was kept exceptionally clean. Loved the food at Saltbush compliments to the chef could do with your expertises at our local restaurant in Perth.

The bed and pillows was uncomfortable and hard.

We had a late arrival, but the staff was welcoming, kind and accommodating. The complimentary items in the room was the nicest ive ever come across. We ordered room service and the food was amazing, my daughter said the steak sandwich was the best shes ever had. We will definately choose the mayfair for all future overnight trips!

That our time there was so brief.

- Comfy bed - Big bathroom - Decent sized fridge - Iron & ironing board - Free parking - The Tavern has happy hour everyday 5pm & the food was good!

- WiFi didn't work - Smelt a bit funny when we first entered the room - needed airing out then it was fine.

The staff and service received was exceptional, they really made us feel welcome and helped us pull off a big surprise which was much appreciated. The food was lovely with huge servings, definitely recommend this.

TV was a bit confusing , no info in room to navigate it as only showed Foxtel and I wanted to see some shows on normal free to air
