The room was clean, and I was able to book two beds. The bathroom was a good size, and I had plenty of storage in the fridge.

I wasn't able to find a power outlet next to the bed. As someone who travels with a Cpap machine, this is almost a necessity. On a conversation with staff on check out, I was informed that they were most likely located on the wall directly behind the bedside table that appeared to be a built-in unit but was, in fact, removable. I had not moved it, so I was unable to confirm. But the room was great otherwise.

We stayed in the apartments. The studio apartment was nice, large and modern, a good shower and a comfortable bed. The air-conditioning was on when we arrived which was greatly appreciated.

I would have liked to be able to get breakfast at the property. The floor was not properly clean. I had black feet in no time walking around bare foot. Other than that the unit seemed perfectly clean.

The personal courtyard off the lounge and bedroom is a great space. Also tv in each room was fantastic for a family. Kids enjoyed eat on the stools to the breakfast bar in the kitchen and it is Close to main area of town, (to shops and restaurants)

Communication on booking I booked through app to include sofa or extra bed, (total 5people) i was approved by motel though apon arrival the couch was not a sofa or rollaway/extra bed as it said. I rang reception and they did not have extra beds as an option or give me another option. After paying alot of money for 2 bedrooms I still had to go to big w and purchase an extra air mattress bed as the motel didn't give me an option to refund either.

The flexibility and friendliness of the staff. Please thank the cleaning staff for their compassion as I was travelling with my 87-year-old Mum and arrived early, the cleaners were happy to clean the vacated room first to help us out- showing great compassion- we were really grateful. The photo includes us sitting outside on chairs outside the room.

Most comfortable bed I've stayed in a motel ever. Staff were very accommodating for a weekend of sold out motels /hotels in emerald they did everything they could to get everyone in and comfortable in rooms. Couldn't fault them

With full motels makes parking larger cars a little difficult.

Very centrally located to everything we needed. We had broken down and the staff were able to amend our booking to something comfortable, that met our needs for a longer stay. The apartment had a serviceable kitchen, two good sized bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer. The staff showed us through the empty apartments so we could easily decide what suited us best.

The queen beds were very comfortable with one person, but a little 'bouncy' when more than one person was sleeping. Would still stay there again.

Very decent pricing, the room service was great always fresh towels and dishes washed up.

the Wifi was a bit patchy at times however it was over the AgGrow field-days so the motel was likely fully booked. while the apartment was very clean the shared areas like the balcony's and stairs were a bit dirty, just needed a good sweep down.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The steaks from the restaurant were top notch, would highly recommend! Also loved the fact that there were no room service fees! I will definitely be rebooking at Western Gateway Motel when I return to the area.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked to cook food, supermarket within walking distance. Staff / housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay in Emerald. Thank you

We did not have breakfast there we had dinner in their restaurant and the were friendly and helpful food was excellent

Nothing just sorry we couldn’t stay longer but our schedule was tight will remember this location for next time
