Each unit was separate with its own covered carpark and established garden giving a sense of privacy.. Having a fully functional kitchen was awesome too with woolworths within walking distance. Normal management was away however mobile number was available to gain access to our room remotely.

Water pressure in shower/spa bath wasn't the greatest and this may have been from the leaking tap in vanity basin. Leak had been there long enough to cause a stain. Tv and wifi signal was intermittent so we struggled being able to watch a show fully..

Location was great. It’s set back off the highway so there was no traffic noise. Also each apartment has its own fully covered carport so you can pull up right to your front door and unload the car completely sheltered from the elements. Plus you don’t have to worry about the kids kicking their door open in to a neighboring vehicle. There were plenty of food options close by. The apartment was very spacious and clean as well as fully air conditioned. Each apartment is facing away from the other ensuring privacy all round. They even have a little timber deck under cover if you feel like kicking back with a cold beer. There is also a little ashtray if you’re a smoker. It has a proper kitchen with large fridge, stove, microwave etc. if you feel like staying in and cooking. Emerald Village Shopping Centre is practically next door with a Woolwoths. It also had a washing machine and dryer. It ticked all the boxes for me.

Enjoyed the apartment we had, room to move, items provided, self contained, ideal for our weekend. Apartment 9 suited 3 family members. Will book there again on our monthly visits. We live over 10 hours away. Park, Tavern, bottle shop within walking distance, suited us well.

Had no issues. We let staff know about our kitchen bin not being empty on our arrival plus the shower gel nozzle wasn't functioning but everything was fine really. We just emptied the rubbish that was left there and didn't use the soap dispenser.

What a pleasant surprise! I overnighted in Emerald and booked the Emerald Motel Apartments at the last minute. The young chap on reception was polite and personable, the cabin was the size of a small house and completely equipped for a long stay. The rooms were large, light, and airy and the bed very comfortable. I couldn't fault this place at all - my new go-to when staying in Emerald

Handy location. Very clean and tidy. Quiet. Hosts were polite and friendly. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Full-sized fridge was great to have. Everything in working order. Free Wifi easily accessed. Check-in/out was easy, quick and hassle-free. Love that you are recycling cans/bottles, thank you.

Water didn’t get hot in the kitchen sink - for washing up dishes, even turned up full. Microwave - cd have done with simple instructions how to set cooking time AND power % at same time. A light over the vanity wd be good - for make-up/hair. A second towel rail above the one in the bathroom wd be great, and a hand towel rail next to vanity.

Space was bigger than average. Spa was great. There is/was no soap in any of the dispensers nor was there any soaps or toiletries provided. We booked for 3 and only got 2 towels. I think some attention to detail wouldn't go astray to make this a very affordable popular place.

Very comfortable apartment and reasonably equipped kitchen.The hosts were very good.

Like most Emerald accommodations it is expensive,the shower over the spa bath is not easy to access safely for older guests. There is no swimming pool at this venue.

Privacy of the units. Very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Great for travelling families.

Not enough backup supplies of toilet paper (3/4 of a roll supplied), detergent for dishes etc. We were okay because we had packed spare items for ourselves as I was travelling with our children.

This Motel is a hidden gem in Emerald. Clint made us feel so welcome. The Apartment was so big. It was great that the car had undercover parking too. Hassle free check in as we were late to arrive and the location was central to everything. Wish we had time to have a longer stay.

Nothing to dislike!

My husband and I stayed here on our way back home. It was so easy to find and in a good location to shops. The booking Check-in/out process was so easy. The accommodation was spotless and comfy, with all the amenities as stated. We both highly recommend staying longer than one night .
