Executive apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Alison, the host was lovely and helpful. She provided a basket of Easter eggs which was a nice touch. A quiet location and provided blackout curtains.

Nothing really. Maybe have 2 chairs outside but we did not use the area anyway because it was much nicer inside.

We had such a fantastic experience while staying at the Emerald Inn. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. The facilities were clean and tidy, well kept and spacious. We had plenty of room for us and our two children and had no issues allowing them to play and explore our room as it was safe and clean.

The only issue we had was that the spa bath wasn’t working however this wasn’t a major issue.

Extremely comfortable, very roomy, lovely and clean. Able to self cater with kitchenette. Convenient parking. Beautifully presented property with lovely gardens. Also able to do a load of washing and use the outdoor clothes line which was fantastic after arriving from the dusty outback. Loved the bath too!! Alison was so friendly and able to answer all questions.

Not a fault of the accommodation provider but smokers in the common area just outside our room meant we couldn't have windows or doors open. Would perhaps make this a non- smoking area?

Allison was fab. We’d made good on the road meaning we’d arrived a couple of hours earlier than planned. We asked Allison where we could find a laundromat and she said she’d come meet us straight away as the room had laundry facilities. We really appreciated that

Only negative was the mattress was not that great -the mattress on the sofa bed where our teenage daughter slept was v good though

Great location and handy having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment when you've been travelling for a few days.

For some reason both the WiFi and 4G reception were very poor. Had to walk out into an open space for decent service and Netflix had to render several times during the movie. Very annoying.

Nice quiet, comfortable apartment with good cooking facilities. Equipped with washing machine and dryer which is excellent after being on the road for a number of days. It is well located close to a Woolworths.

My husband found the bed a little soft however I was quite comfortable.

Very small bedroom with a queen bed, hard to move around. Also had problems with the booking but not with host. It appears I booked twice and this caused cancellation of the booking and credit card.

Good, central location, friendly and helpful staff , clean, quiet, well-serviced unit with on-site parking.

The unit would have been much more comforable with two travellers rather than three - the sofa bed takes up a large part of the living area.

I used the spa which I so needed. There was a washer & dryer. Kitchen in the unit was good, and bed was comfortable. I highly rate this place.

There were no moisturiser in the dispenser, there was soap, shampoo, conditioner but no moisturiser.

Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. The room was superb. A huge and comfortable bed helped with a great night's sleep! Very modern and clean furnishings. Great location within walking distance to local pub/restaurant and shops.
