Location is good

There is no empaty in giving solution as in service industry you people should give n help us.. We reached very late n the manager insisted us to pay for deposit in cash.. And we did ask permission to check in first and we will go out for late dinner n collect cash from the bank. As we run out of cash. We brought along a Doctor n wife for the trip and very diasapointed with the manager as he said...we need to go out first for dinner n can only check in later after paying the rm200 as deposit. It seems no priveleged as customer as we booked online.

Good attitude and helpful staff. I booked for a 2-nights stay however there is a change in schedule and I have applied a change through booking.com beforehand. However, during registration, staff informed that they have not received the information and will be charging me a 2-night cost. When I showed the evidence email for the application, the staff immediately helped to check further and finally assisted to update my booking to 1-night stay. Overall cleanliness of the room is good. Spacious room. Location is also good. Parking is provided and easy to access.

The parking is in another block. Need to take 2 times of escalator to get to the parking. However, it is easy to access therefore it is fine. The way up to the parking is a little narrow. Need to be very careful when driving up and down from the parking lot.

1st i do not expect much since i read the review from others that so many bad review since it is old hotel. but surprisingly i got what i want since i book and pay 1 mnth earlier and the room as i expected. they fulfilled my request to get big bed and big room on the top. the staff while i was check in was superb it was indian girl she is very friendly. sorry forgot her name. while check out got malay girl also very polite. the view from my room was so nice.

Hotel interior is outdated but they kept the room clean which is impressive. Bed is comfy, linen is clean, bathroom is spotless clean albeit the outdated condition. Water pressure is great too. Room is super spacious as well.

Toothbrush was not provided , hence I had to purchase from the local shop.

It’s a strategic location, convenient to go to other places as well as convenient stores in walking distance. Room was cozy enough for me. Gotta love the constant hot water pressure when shower. Didn’t have the luxury time to check on other facilities however. Helpful nice staffs.

Definitely need to upgrade the pillows, mattress was still acceptable. TV was too old school.

The room was clean and spotless. Place is easy to find, convenient to nearby eateries and amenities nearby. Breakfast has a good spread. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Only have 1 pillow on each bed, 2 would be much better, and the room aircon could be a little colder. Thankfully, the ceiling fast was fast.

ambient, quite, excellent room service and staff were very friendly and helpful. easy parking and FOC. next looking forward to have promo price for our next stay. unfortunately didn't take any free breakfast (if provided), kids still have to pay though, my budget were quite tight on that particular time.🤭

The room has no window for air ventilation. However, it has a small, permanent glass window to the corridor. This is quite annoying when sleeping, as the aisle light shines through into the room even though the room lights are switched off and the curtains are drawn.

The location of hotel is good. Close to restaurants and 24 hrs mart.

Water pressure in the toilet is poor. Aircond is not cold. The in-house TV just got 3 local channels. As a 4 star hotel need to hv foreign channels

Easy access to nearest mall/town. Much restaurant and places for eat. Easy to get e-hailing driver.

The aircond sound quite noisy, I’m sorry but i woke for a quite numbers because of the sound. I want to use the fan but the sound of fan is much annoying than the aircond system 😅
