This is a fantastic place to stay, very convenient for exploring the Dales and the towns within. Craiglands is just a short 10 min walk into Grassington, a very picturesque village with many shops and eateries. The hosts David and Lynette were excellent, making our four days away celebrating our wedding anniversary very special. Thank you. Craiglands is very clean with many special features to take in. The choices available for breakfast is first class and cooked to order. The beds were very comfortable leading to an excellent night's sleep and a powerful shower. If we are in the area again we would have no hesitation in staying here. Happy to highly recommend.

Superb welcome and food. Hosts were exceptionally welcoming and the accommodation was spotless and some nice little touches in the rooms such as sweets and a little torch attached to the key and tasty cakes available. Very quiet and comfortable. Lovely welcome from the hosts. Easy to find and good access. I knew at the time of booking the bathroom was separate from the single bedroom. It was absolutely fine but just to let anyone booking know that it is down a couple of stairs and up a couple of stairs so not immediately adjacent to the bedroom. The hosts offered a bathrobe too. This is not a criticism of the facilities, just to make people aware of the arrangements. Would happily stay here again and couldn't wish for a warmer welcome or better food and comfortable bed.

Very welcoming lovely hosts took my cycle into the hallway of the guesthouse as the garage still had the car in. My 2 items if washing were put out on the clothes line for me and brought in when dried in the evening.. a wonderful breakfast.. .my choice was personally limited because of the rest if the day and activity i was engaged in. however the choice on offer was fantastic and let's not forget Daves delicious homemade cakes which were laid out in the lounge area at the top of the landing

I booked room 4 which does not have an onsuit facility. The toilet and shower are located away from the room at the other end if the landing....however this wasn't an issue for it was only the distance of staying in a bigger room. A nice touch tho was a clean dressing robe to cover yourself between trips the shower. This is stated at the time of booking so I knew and personally it wasn't an ussue

The B & B was in a great location, with parking on-site. We were only 10 minutes away from the town centre, so it was great to be able to walk in and not have to stress about parking. The village is so pretty, and there's a great choice of pubs and restaurants. Although we only had an overnight stay, we still managed to get two good walks along the river. The weather was amazing! The host, Dave, and his daughter (sorry, we didn't catch your name!) were very warm and welcoming. We loved the property and the cute, quirky touches. There's a little sitting area on the landing with a mini-library for guests. There were freshly baked cakes for the guests on arrival - a really sweet touch. The breakfast was exceptional! A perfectly cooked English breakfast with locally sourced, quality produce and lots of options. In addition, there was a choice of cereals, with nuts and seeds on the side, plus fresh fruit and yoghurt. All at a very good price

Our room was very small, with no room to put things. The twin beds were very narrow and uncomfortable. A double bed would probably work better in the room to create more space. The shower was great! Really powerful.

Everything! It is a fabulous property and Lynette and Dave couldn’t have been friendlier or more willing to help. The free scones with jam and butter upon arrival were delicious and there were personal touches all round the property. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lovely touches like nuts and seeds offered with the natural yoghurt. My small double room was very comfortable and even though my bathroom was down the hall it wasn’t a problem at all. I felt very safe and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it.

I liked everything!

We loved our stay here! We thought the accommodation was beautiful and there was a lot of attention to detail. Our hosts were fabulous during our stay, very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay special. Massive thank you for the bottle of wine left in our room as a birthday treat. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the options were plentiful! Great location to walk into Grassington and the nearby pubs, cafes and shops and beautiful views from the b&b. Would definitely come back and we can’t wait to return! Paul and Charlotte

You can tell that this B&B is truly a beloved place and that the owners have taken your comfort into account in every little detail — from the China and breakfast linens, to the multi-outlet brick in the room (Multiple USB and electrical ports) to all the helpful little signs written in chalk on slate tablets. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are super comfy and cozy. I would stay at Craiglands again in a heartbeat! While on the outskirts of the center of Grassington, it is only a short and lovely walk into the village.

We loved the B+B, the friendly hosts, Lynette and Dave and the cosy, quirky decor. It was spotlessy clean and filled with thoughtful extras ie loads of books, cushions and blankets for sitting outside, homemade cake, fridge with fresh milk and beer/wine. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and all local, quality ingredients. Great location on the doorstep of Grassington village and the river Wharfe. Lynette and Dave were full of tips of where to go and what to do in the area. A fabulous weekend away.

Everything ! Sad to be going hosts were so friendly made us feel at home Alice there beautiful daughter made the best flapjacks! As was so polite serving us at breakfast , the breakfast was the nicest breakfast so much choice ! , as for the property I fell in love with it every little detail spotless clean we came for our anniversary as the hosts had decorated are room which was so thoughtful the room was perfect super comfortable bed spotless bathroom fresh milk each morning pure bliss ! We are going to be booking again perfect location lovely Restraunt’s & pubs the hosts gave us information on where is good to eat ! And they was not wrong , we also had a short drive to Skipton castle highly recommend! Thank you again !

Having to leave fantastic b&b !

Lynette and Dave are by far the best hosts we have ever come across. From the moment we arrived we felt so at home, in fact like we were staying with friends. The house itself is beautiful, are room was lovely, the parking a bonus and the home made cake was a real treat. The breakfast was the best we have ever had and the fried bread was a show stopper for my husband! Thank you for your kindness, your wonderful hospitality and for making our daughters birthday one she will never forget.

Everything was perfect ! There was nothing to dislike, even the weather was wonderful !
