Very close to Pratunam Mall, Tofu Skincare, December, and also Siam. Many food nearby and the room is super big. The staffs are really friendly. The hotel also generally smells really good.

There is no official hotel lobby which makes it confusing when we have to decide the pickup point for the taxi. The hotel is also located in a small alley. So, when you want to go out to main road, you have to be careful dealing with motorbike and cars in the alley.

The room is clean and spacious. Comfortable to stay even with your big family and budget friendlt. Staff was very nice and helpful. Can communicate well in english and very easy to understand. They also provide, luggage weight scale, vending machine and washing machine. The washing was hidden somewhere near the toilet and we only realize it was there on the last day after we have done our laundry somewhere haha. But overall was great😍

The entrance was a bit far from the main road. They only have one lift.

Everything is great for the price. Cleanliness, facilities, location, helpful staff. They changed the towels every day and plenty of tissues. Toothbrush, paste, hair caps also available. Lots if clothes hangers. Hair dryer provided, but bring your own conditioner if you need it. Electric plugs in are plenty, at least 4 I found, I did not thoroughly checked. 2 bottles of water @500ml provided, water kettles, dilmah tea and coffee with creamer & sugars in small sachets are also provided. Things to enjoy: At night, turn left when you reach the street and try the pork & chicken barbecue from the lady, it cost only 10-15 bath per piece, we love it. The 7 eleven on the same street is also quite big (you can spent your last bath there😆). In the afternoon, some food chart stalls selling mango and boiled peanuts will appear on that street too, very convenient. Things to improve: 1. WiFi login, why you need to re-login everytime you disconnected? It's inconvenience. 2. A better English for a better communication (they are very helpful, but hard to understand). 3. Music channel for the TV, all channels is in Thai 🇹🇭, so.... (If this is because I failed to find it, then you should add guidance how to find it).

One of the best options you could stay at—located very close to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, Krungthong Plaza, and many more. If you’re arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can take the train to Phaya Thai station or get off at Ratchaprarop station using the Airport Rail Link. They also offer an airport transfer service for an additional fee—just reach out to the team to arrange it. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we felt safe as the door to the rooms' hallway is locked at night and can only be opened by guests using their room cards. There are plenty of massage options around the area. The nearest 7-Eleven is just 2 minutes away, and we visited it every night before heading back to the room. +++ Ratchathewi Station and Phaya Thai Station are also within walking distance.

We booked the Superior Double Room and requested a twin bed setup, as the room offers the option of either one extra-large double bed or two single beds. Prior to our arrival, we messaged the team and were informed that the bed configuration depends on availability. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room with an extra-large double bed. However, it wasn’t an issue as my cousin and I were okay with it. One suggestion for the hotel is to provide a standard/regular iron in addition to the steam iron. We tried using the steam iron provided, but it didn’t get hot enough, so we gave up and returned it. As a result, we ended up wearing crumpled clothes throughout our stay in Bangkok. Alternatively, you could bring your own portable iron from home.

Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was clean too and the basic amenities were available. There are plenty of food options nearby and if you are tired after walking, there are a number of massage parlors within stone's throw away, fighting to get you to patronize them.

Location of the hotel was tucked into a back alley, which can be a little difficult to find. There were occasional traffic noise so beware for light sleepers, you might not have a good night's sleep (though the hotel provided ear plugs).

Room - quite clean. Our room was on the quieter side on level 4. We hardly hear any noise from the roads. The walls between rooms seemed rather thin as we can hear the murmurred talking and coughing/sneezing from the guests nxt dr. There was supposed to be a cafe on lvl 2 but it was not in operation when we stayed there. AC was decent. Clean towels everyday. The only downside was when you take out the key card when you are out, the fridge would stop working. There's no aircon along the corridor but a big fan to ensure ventilation in the daytime. In the evening, the glass door leading near the lift lobby leading to the rooms are locked and can be opened with respective room cards. There's WiFi in room. We also get to leave our luggages at the reception after check out but before heading to the airport. Location/Surrounding - there are a couple of nice cafes within walking dist. There's also 7-11 if you walk out to the main rd (about 8-10min). There are also many massage shops near the main road. Staff - generally nice. The staff helped us book a taxi to the Airport. The driver arrived early & it was much more convenient.

Traffic - Marvin Villa was situated in the middle of a long small road. we called for Grab most of the time to and from the hotel as the weather was really warm. Sometimes the traffic can get quite busy and there was one occasion that our Grab taxi was caught in the jam as there were trafiic in both directions and there were also small street food carts on the sides of the road. generally traffic move slowly (sometimes too slow). We checked regarding tuk tuk options but was told tuk tuk was expensive (thou I didnt check exactly how much). But to walk to the BTS stn seemed too far, given the narrow roads, chaotic traffic and warm weather. 

Good location, there are a lot of restaurants with a variety of cuisine. Numerous massage shops as well. Large room and comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Excellent air conditioning in super-hot weather outside.

There's no lobby at the front, guests need to come upstairs to meet reception. A bit inconvenient when you book cars and have to go downstairs, walk outside the main street, which can take up to 10 minutes.

Room was spacious and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful with special requests. Overall the hotel was a perfect place if you simply need a place to rest .

Slight issue with water pressure in the shower head. Toilet door also looks misfitting as compared to the rest of the room decor. Sound proofing between rooms could have been better. Could hear the neighbouring room chatting at night.

The room was very spacious. Nights were quiet. Aircon ais cold and really good water pressure..location was the best for our daily shopping. A !ot of places to get food and massages within the area.

The alley going to the hotel has a lot of restaurants and bars at night most of the time the smell was not nice.

Great aircon and large, firm mattress. Shower could've been hotter but still fair. Free wifi pretty fast. Easy to find hotel and for delivery/Grab to pick us up, even though it is located on a side street. Within walking distance to Phaya Thai station (~20min, flat) and MBK/CentralWorld/Siam Discovery etc (~20min). Lobby area was beautiful.
