The location is near lee garden but its 15-20mins to walk there. Anyway, tuktuk is just 20baht per pax and is easy to get. The hotel is relatively new compared to the hotels around lee garden. Cleanliness is good. Welcome snacks provided when you check in. There is water dispenser provided is every floor. The sound proof is okay at least i didnt hear any complaints or noises. Oh not forget to mention the banana milk across the hotel is delicious! There is a chicken rice shop across the road as well. Definitely worth the money!

The bathroom is small, just enough to fit a person. But overall is clean (thats what matters). The water pressure is medium. Sometimes the room smells for no reason though. One of our rooms smells for one whole night but it turns okay the next day so we didnt ask for room changing. No slippers provided but again its clean so we are okay with it.

Been stay at this hotel twice ! Stay at female bed dormitory never disappoints the staff is nice , room is clean , the bed is comfy and the toilet is clean although is share with other but they got 2 toilet is inside the dorm. Definitely will be repeat again at this hotel they also got a rent bike more convenient for solo travel like me. Worth my penny .

The room is a little bit smelly and I think you need to prepare an iron at level floor dormitory room.

I had a pleasant stay at Siam Mansion in Hat Yai. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The location is decent—quiet and not far from Lee Garden Plaza and other attractions, though a bit of a walk if you’re carrying bags. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a quiet and simple place to stay in Hat Yai. Would consider staying here again.

The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and I noticed insects (e.g. ants) during my stay.

This hotel's location is an absolute winner! It's perfectly situated right in the heart of all the action. Not only is it central, but it's also surprisingly peaceful. Despite being in a bustling area, our room was quiet and we were able to get a great night's sleep.

This hotel has a great system with the access cards – they're used for everything from getting into your room to accessing door at the lobby. However, I do wish they provided two cards per room instead of just one.

Very spacious room, hair dryer provided in room. There is a small fridge. Water dispenser outside, by the lift. No hot water though. We forgotten to bring adapter fir our phone charger, we can rent it for free with a deposit 200bht which they will reimburse all upon return of the adapter. We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our luggage. It would be great if there service at the hotel for our ride back to padang besar rather than we need to go explore and search for local tour agency on our own

The distance is a little far from the "Lee garden" area. However still within walking distance, about 10 minutes. Nearest 7-11 is about 6 minutes walk away, which is "far" by Thailand standard

The room is very spacious, clean & modern. The bed is very large. I have a 4 y.o son with me yet the 3 of us slept comfortably due to the large bed. The washing machine is also available for you to wash your clothes daily. No dryer but you can hang them in your room because it provided a place to hang your clothes after you washed them. Very convenient. The staffs are all very kind especially the janitors, they are super helpful I love them. The price is reasonable. Please stay here everyone.

My room is right in front of the chilling zone so it’s quite noisy when there’s people hanging out there. Apart from that, can the hotel please prepare a bathroom for the waiting guests. I reached Hatyai in the morning. To wait until 2 pm was very long. If the hotel has a bathroom that is attached together with their general public toilets, it’s very much appreciated & more customers will stay at this place because they provide a bathroom for those who arrived in the morning. Customers can take a bath before they go out while waiting to check in at 2 pm. This is for me something special to attract customers. The hotel should consider my idea.

I like everything abt the hotel. Its clean n comfortable.

The only thing tat i dont like is the water shower. Its not strong. The microwave oven provided may not be washed because its smells. I would strongly suggest if Siam Mansion can provide a small corner to iron clothes.

Location and has parking lot. Parking is free. A guard at parking is friendly. Staff also are friendly. I made a call asking advise to go to the beach, his advise is very good. Maid also nice. Room is very big. We like sharing space with microwave and seats tables for eat included hot/cold machine. 2nd floor is the best.

The room was big and comfortable, the windows huge for lots of natural light and the staff tried to be helpful where they could. Chill out atrium is nice and the location has access to plenty of food places close by. Hot and cold water was always available with disposable paper cups.

The check in time seems to be a hard rule, they flat out will not let you in to your room before 2 (or 12 of you're changing rooms). Those beanbags in the chill out area look great but they're too fully stuffed so are quite uncomfortable when you've come in on the 7am train and have 7 hours to wait for your room. The lack of cutlery and plates was also a small annoyance.

W couldn’t believe how good this property is for the money it cost. We expected very basic but it had two huge double beds, plus lots of extras, slippers, fridge with water in it, toiletries & more. Plus it is very keen. The only slight hitch was them not letting you check-in until dead on 2pm but not the end of the world. The taxi drivers outside were brilliant, they took us all over for a very cheap price and even waited for us to bring us back. We loved Hat Yai
