Great option for the attending events at the Fira (~10 mn walk), and the metro and buses are nearby (~5 mn walk) so it's easy to go to the center. The rooms are in fact little apartments with a living room with a kitchen, and a separate bedroom. The staff is very friendly and it is clean.

That is not really that "I don't like", but to note a few points: The joints in the bathroom have some mold, they need to be redone. At times, and depending on the room you have, you can have a bit of noise (nothing too disturbing though). There is no breakfast option, besides a couple of vending machines (that when I was there didn't work), however, there are places nearby, in particular Restaurant O Luar, that is a really great place both for breakfast and diner.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh throughout our stay. Towels were changed daily, which was a nice touch. The location is also great—less than 5 minutes’ walk to both the metro and bus stops, and you can reach Plaça de Catalunya in just 10–15 minutes. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. Our room was separated from the living area by a door, which offered a sense of privacy and made the space feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!

Went for a birthday trip from 20th-23rd September and our stay was beyond amazing! The staff there gave us a free upgrade after telling them of my birthday so we had a slightly bigger room with great facilities ;) The TV has youtube, netflix and all the usual apps so was very comfortable and the kitchen came stocked with multiple pots, pans and bits that we used during our stay. The staff were very kind and attentive, the hotel was quite quiet which we liked but I assume was due to it being off-season. Good transport links from airport and to the city, us 3 teen girls never felt scared or anxious at night in the area. The hotel is just off a main road opposite a shopping centre but we never heard any traffic during the night, was very calm atmosphere! All in all would definitely recommend, I was nervous as this was my first time booking a trip for my birthday abroad but I would definitely come back to this place, the price and the staff combined with the cleanliness of the room and the facilities provided :) 10/10 I am a very happy girl haha

Very well connected to the airport (there is a direct metro line). Metro and bus stations nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They really tried and succeeded in making our stay better. Good pans, pots, plates etc in the kitchen. There is a big mall across the street with a Carrefour supermarket.

The apartment has clearly been renovated on a minimal budget: most of the things (e.g. furniture) are very cheap, the frame bed was missing some parts, the light switch in the bathroom was partially broken, the air extractor in the bathroom was semi-functional and so on.

Lovely place, all the amenities you could need. It's basic, but perfect for using as a base to explore. Great travel links all across Barcelona, and the metro and trains are incredibly easy to navigate. Loads of shops nearby from the shopping centre across the main road, to supermarkets and eateries all within walking distance. The accommodation itself is a good size, and the kitchen is well stocked. I liked the inclusion of cleaning materials there, that was a great touch. It's clean, comfortable and simple, with everything you need to function and prep and cook meals/snacks. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom door stuck slightly against the floor, but wasn't an issue. Shower was lovely and spacious, with good water pressure and heat.

Very welcomed by Federico I think was his name, helpful and kind. Very clean apartment, with all needed. Great view, although noisy because of the heavy traffic but with earplugs should be fine.

Thin walls and could hear the child two apartments away, crying all night. Also heard people throwing furniture or something, and arguing, as were the sounds of heavy objects thrown. In this case, not having staff 24/7 and security is a bit of the down point. The bed was very uncomfortable, as was a hard old mattress and the bed style is the one you fold it, opposed to a sturdy normal bed.

The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location is good, with the Gran Via 2 Mall on its doorstep and it is really easy access to all attractions and the airport by buses and subway. Montserrat was really attentive and kind.

The check-in process by the machine was a bit stressful (it was Christmas Eve). We did all the documents scan and payments right but in the end the machine wouldn't issue our keys. After trying 3x and trying to call the phone above the machine unsuccessfully we could reach the number on the Whatsapp message they sent to us and promptly they gave us the code to open a locker on which our keys were on it. A few days later we helped a family in the same situation. But it didn't compromise the whole stay which was wonderful.

The staff was top-notch—professional and always ready to help. While the location was a bit far from the city center (30 minutes by bus), it was close to a major mall and had easy access to metro and bus stations in a good neighborhood. However, the aging furniture in the room was a letdown, needing a refresh to match the hotel's modern aspirations. Despite this, ONA Living is a decent budget option with great staff and convenient amenities, though its distant location may not suit everyone.

Located at a distance from the city center, but benefits from excellent public transportation options within the city.

I loved every thing about this property the rooms were a good size for family of 3. My toddler was happy running around on the massive balcony we had. Thank you for giving us that room. We enjoed the morning sun while having our breakfast outside. Location perfect 5 min walk with a child to the nearest metro which we used a lot. It is well connected area but not too crowded. There is a massive shopping mall across the road where you can find everything you need.

Nothing related to the property but on our last night the family above our flat were really noisy.

If I return to Barcelona (and I hope I will do) this place would be the first place I would try to stay again. It is everything I wished for. To begin with, I read reviews saying that check-in at the times when the desk is closed was difficult. I actually had no problems with this. The communication from the hosts was clear and helpful. The guys on the desk were also really helpful the next 2 days. The apartment is amazing value for money. Very modern and smart with all you need. The bed was super comfortable. One of the most important things for me is to have a quiet place and the apartment was very quiet. It is located in a nice area, with a good choice of restaurants within walking distance, some open late. It is extremely convenient for trains and the Metro to the city centre and the airport - a 5 minute walk at the most.
